I had an urgent problem of a broken main water pipe to my home, contacted Victor and Sons on Friday and they were at my home the next morning, worked all day, were super friendly and got the job done the same afternoon. This was a Godsend because I had to keep turning off and on the valve of the main water pipe to my home, while it nonstop leaked badly through cracks in a concrete wall, which I discovered shot my water bill through the roof! On top of that, they repaired a broken nearby water faucet for no extra charge. I'm super impressed and grateful!

I do not own a house but this company partners with my apartments property management to handle plumbing requests. Every time they come out they are great. Very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. They take care in making sure they do not make a mess, or clean up well if they happen to. Always a pleasure having them when needed. Thanks for being great.

I simply cannot recommend Victor & Sons enough! Called in a panic thinking I had a leak and all this damage. Any other plumber could have came in and told me a whole thing and ripped me off. Victor came by a few hours after I called (even offered to come within the hour). Estee who took my call and scheduled Victor to come out was amazing. Ended up just being a simple tighten some knobs from being old and thoroughly explained to me things I was concerned about that I thought was the problem but wasn’t a problem at all. Love an honest company!! Thank you so much!!

He came right on time and was very helpful and actually explained what the issues was with my husband and took his time. He was very friendly. And he knew everything about the electric water heater and explained what the flashing numbers and beeping meant as well.

We were referred to Victor by our son. We needed a gas line run from the house to a bbq and fire pit. They had to dig a trench and run the line. It was a big job and took 4 to 5 hours. They answered all our questions and we were very pleased with their work. Happy we have found a great plumber for future needs!

My technician, Hector, was extremely nice and considerate. He worked as efficiently and quickly as possible, and did his best not to bother me while I was working from home — of course he wasn’t bothering me at all! He was just showing concern and consideration for it. I would highly recommend him to others, and would request him back at the first sign of any new issue.

Had Victor and Sons come out to my unit twice for separate issues and both times the technicians went above and beyond in the customer service provided, so much so that I had to come write up a quick review. Our specific technician today was Hector. He was on time, very friendly, courteous and respectful of my home, and left me with no lingering questions. Victor is very knowledgeable, personable, and comes up with efficient and aesthetically pleasing solutions. He and his crew installed Moen water shutoff valves in a couple of my townhomes and they turned out looking very professionally done. First photo is from an installation done by someone else at my sister-in-laws house. I couldn’t decide whether to laugh or cry when I saw what was done. The 2nd photo is from one of the two installations done by V.A.S. Super clean. No comparison! They are the best!!!
