I chose Plumber Torrance specifically because I prefer to support local businesses. The appointment was resold to another company without my consent. If you care about hiring local, double-check who will actually show up.

I scheduled a visit and received confirmation from Plumber Torrance. On the day, a different company arrived. I waited 90 mins, called Plumber Torrance, and was told the job had been transferred and then it took another 2 hours. If you’re going to shop me around, at least do it fast.

My toilet kept clogging repeatedly, and I finally called for help. The plumber handled it efficiently and even gave advice on how to prevent future issues. If you’re in Torrance, I’d suggest keeping their number saved—you’ll be glad you did.

When they finished the toilet installation, I was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. They arrived promptly and had everything running smoothly in just under an hour. Highly recommended!

Called for a quote, after being on hold for 15-20 minutes. Said they would charge $95 to send someone on Saturday before 8pm to give a quote.

What a joke. I called for an estimate and they came out today and they quoted $650 to change 5 water valves under the sinks, that's way too expensive. Their ad even says always the lowest prices , not even close. Also I asked for a senior discount 3 different times and was told no way, even though their ad clearly says 15% senior discounts. This is false advertising and is against the law. DO NOT USE THEM!

Both workers were on time and wore gloves and face masks. They quickly figured out the problem and worked together to clear the drain. They were professional and I would not hesitate calling them for plumbing problems in the future.

As usual, the response to my need was fast and the service was professional and excellent. I have used KPS for all my plumbing needs and their performance has always been terrific.

I had used another company to do a PEX repipe on a remodel. They got some of the final placement of water outlets wrong. The KPS guys were super responsive, came out to the job site and made the changes I required in no time flat.
