I am very satisfied with the work that Dominic provided. Not only he is friendly and courteous, he also very thorough in his work. The sewer camera is awesome, we got to see exactly the root blocking the sewer pipe. He tried many times and didn't stop until the last piece of stubborn root were blasted off. He could have called it off sooner. I would request him by name the next time we need any plumbing works. I wish we know about hydro jet sooner instead of renting expensive power snake which didn't do anything. For sure we will use RF again.

Total failure. You guys are ridiculous. A fair price for a plumber is $200 an hour. You guys wanted to charge me $750 for 45 minutes of work. I had the parts. I just needed your labor. As a consequence, I didn't use your service a waste of time for your driver and service rep and my time too. You guys have a five-star selection. I don't even want to give you guys a star but I have to in order to post this.

Dominic was professional, respectful, he explained every aspect of the issues I was dealing with and what the solution or options were to resolve the plumbing issue, and he took the time to ensure I understood, as I am not versed in the intricacies of plumbing. It was easy to see Dominic’s passion for his profession and desire to help his customer.

Dominic came out today and gave us a thorough understanding of our plumbing issue. As a master plumber he is very knowledgeable and communicated our options very well. We're going to hire the company to do our plumbing repairs based on his professionalism and expertise.

Alex was incredibly helpful and truly believed in his team’s skills. Omar and his entire team worked on our home for a few days to replace the plumbing and gas lines under our house. They were so courteous, explained everything clearly, and treated our home with respect. Plus, their prices are very reasonable and competitive. They always cleaned up their work area every night before they left.

Absolutely stellar job fast response communicative and clean!

I had a bathroom and laundry room back up due to the degradation of old cast iron pipes, and Eric from Sal's was able to come out the same day to clear the clog and help diagnose the root cause of the issue. We ended up getting all the pipes for that corner of the house replaced with modern ABS to prevent future issues. Eric was helpful in addressing other issues related to the plumbing, and when the initial plan for resolving the clogging resulted in needing to re-route pipes, Eric helped me understand the issues and included several fixes for free, including a new laundry sink and new toilet. I'm very pleased with the work Eric and his team did, and will use Sal's again in the future.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink so I called Sal's plumbing, as I had used their services previously. The service tech showed up, took a look and said I needed a new faucet. I rushed to Home Depot to get one, which he then installed, and tested...no problem. Later that night water was again gushing from under the sink. I called them again and they promptly sent another person out the next morning to ascertain the problem. It turned out to be a defective faucet connector . Again I went to home depot to return the defective faucet and buy a different brand. He had gone to another job, but promptly returned to finish my job. He showed me what had been the problem with the Delta faucet and why it wouldn't happen with the Moen faucet. All during this process they were helpful and concerned, and having made 3 house calls only charged me for two. Of course, originally I had thought they had done something wrong the first time, but they very graciously handled my concerned, and slightly peevish phone calls with courtesy, patience and helpfulness. I will definitely call them again! They give great service!

My bathtub drain was backing up. I contacted Sal's on Sunday evening and someone came out the next morning. Thomas worked for a few hours to get the line cleared. He was very helpful and made every effort to clear the line so the job could be completed. The cost was very fair. I would recommend Sal's Plumbing to anyone I know that needs plumbing help.

This is the first time I called Sal's plumbing. It was a Saturday and they responded promptly.
Sergio and Jorge came over.
I was skeptical at first but Sergio won me over.
He explained everything in detail.
Our toilet and shower was backed up.
They worked hard and were very professional.
Spent a lot of time, used the camera to show what was wrong.
Offered many helpful suggestions and fixed the problem. Cleared the blockage.
I don't do reviews in general.
This time I felt I needed to do so as Sergio and Jorge did a great job.

Sal's plumbing was quick to respond to our request to fix the leak in our bathroom sink. Thomas was very kind and was very qualified to identify and fix the 3-part issue we had on one single sink. The only reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because he didn't have a dispatch team that was able to keep him on time for our appointment. Luckily, he was still able to finish the work in the time we needed him to, but he was late to our appointment.
