Had an early afternoon plumbing back up spilling over into my driveway from a drainage vent. Called Sal’s then it was inspection and service within the hour. Professionalism and quality service all the way. Even included clean up and a strategy forward to address the roots growing into the plumbing. Top marks for my plumbing needs.

Great techs and call center. Had to call the company twice in 1 week for 2 different places. Both times the tech was professional and did great work. Provided me with detailed job to be completed and estimate. Joshua and Ernesto were both great and professional. Came out super quick as well, thought we would have to wait over 24 hrs but the tech came within a few hours of calling.

Our tech, Joshua, did a great job identifying the problem with our gas lines. He was able to resolve the issue within 24 hrs.

We had a major plumbing emergency over a holiday weekend when everything suddenly backed up, and just when we thought we were out of luck, Sal's Plumbing came through in the best way possible. I called them and within 10 minutes, they were at our door.

They worked diligently through the holiday to make sure our family had working plumbing, which was no small feat. Not only were they fast and efficient, but they were also genuinely kind, responsive, and professional every step of the way.

Special shoutout to Bento, our main point of contact and plumber, he was fantastic. Courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing the job right.

Our 20 year old water heater started leaking late Tuesday afternoon. Called Sal's & Rigo showed up 2 hrs later to give us an estimate. We agreed to the price & he showed up the next day to install the new water heater. He was on time, professional & very efficient. He cleaned the filthy floor after removing the old water heater. Rigo worked hard & knew what he was doing.

I strongly recommend Hector from Sal’s plumbing. He’s precise, honest, preventative and professional. I thought the repair would be worse than it actually was and I also thought the bill would be high. Hector made the process easy and painless and answered my endless stream of questions. I’ve been a customer for more than a year with problems varying from leaky pipes, to noisy toilets to stinky drains. I never hesitate to call Sal’s and request hector for peace of mind. His crew is polite and professional. They are clean and thorough!

TLDR: Their El Segundo location left a plug in my garbage disposal, flooded the kitchen, and then ghosted me for four months with the excuse that "the owner is on vacation."

Earlier this year I hired Sal's Plumbing (their El Segundo branch, posting here as well for the parent company) for a basic garbage disposal replacement. Initial service was great and the plumber had no issues or concerns installing a new disposal-- until months later, when the kitchen flooded because a knockout plug had been left in the disposal where the drain attached causing a backup. Another plumber diagnosed and solved it in minutes.

I gave Sal's every chance to make it right: four months of polite calls and emails. Instead of accountability or a simple reply, I got radio silence and the world's longest out of office story.

Bottom line: sloppy mistake, zero follow-up or customer service. I'd still welcome a fair resolution if they ever decide to respond -- but until then, I can't recommend them.

Joshua and his team have been very helpful since the night I called them and they explained everything they were doing so I could understand what the best move is going forward. Would highly recommend calling this company and getting Joshua and his team to help with any future plumbing plans.

I live in 2n floor condo and there was leak inside the shower tap inside the walls
and two other companies quoted over 3k.Joshua from sals plumbing diagnosed the problem and fixed in a few hours for less than 2 k.
No leaks all good toilet fully cleaned and left as new.i was up in big bear he opened my doors and did the job.nothing was missing. This is a trust worthy plumber for any job highly recommend

I called for an emergency leak and got it done professionally and clean. I have used sals before and have had a good experience with all the techs especially Guillermo very professional and polite.

A horrible company with terrible service. I cannot say enough about their bait-and-switch tactics. I had a horrible experience with their technician, Joshua. The job caused weeks of headaches, constant stop-and-start work, and they destroyed my yard and kitchen.

I immediately had another issue less than a month after the service. When I called, they told me my warranty was not valid—an absolute bait and switch. I ended up having to redo the entire job with another company because of the mess they made. On top of that, they were incredibly rude throughout the process.

Do not hire Joshua.

I just used Octavio for a second time and he again did a stellar job. He replaced a corroded drain pipe and notice a pinhole leak in a copper line that I hadn't known about. He finished both repairs in one visit and gave a reasonable price. I highly recommend him and Sal's Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

Had a bit of a plumbing mishap that we thought we could fix ourselves... boy were we wrong! We ended up reaching out to Sal's and they came the same day! Frankie not only fixed the leaking drain pipe but he did it quickly and with ten star customer service. We have 100% found our new plumbing company!

Had an emergency water leak on Valentine’s Day. Sal’s Plunbinh was the 1st one to respond and get someone to my door within 2 hours. Guillermo (Memo) arrived on time and ready to fix my problem. They opened the wall minimizing how much drywall was reviewed and explained each step and cost as we went. Checked results 5 times to ensure that fix worked. Appreciate the extra time,. Fair pricing attention to detail, respect for my property and good cleanup when done. Call them if you need help. You will be happy. If I am ever in need of plumbing services in the future, they are my 1st call.

I had a blockage in my bathrooms main line today in my restaurant. I found Sal’s on google and saw they did emergency plumbing services on the weekend. We called them at 9 and they were there by 10! Amazing to begin with as this was a real emergency on our busiest day!
The service tech Guillermo showed up and was courteous and got right to business!
He cleared the line in minutes and we were back in business!
Most emergency services take hours to get anyone out there since there’s not many companies working on plumbing on Sundays. Price was very fair too!

Rigo from Sal's Plumbing took great care of us! He was very professional, kept us updated/informed and always arrived on time! We had a sewer block in our main lines. He was able to identify there were roots growing in both the cast iron and clay lines. The first day he was able to get us a "temporary" fix by snaking. He presented my landlord with multiple options for a longer solution. Rigo ended up using the "Wart hog" to clean out the roots and installed a two way cleanout in the front yard. He made sure the front yard was looking good before leaving. We definitely recommend Rigo and Sal's Plumbing!
