Mike, the business owner, did an amazing job fixing our shower that was leaking over the holidays. He was extremely professional, responsive, and showed a level of integrity that’s hard to find nowadays. We’ll definitely be using him from now on. Highly recommend!

Driver in company truck cursed me out and harassing me near Santa Monica and almost caused an accident. I bet he wouldn’t do that to a man. Im not sure if these are the type of people you want to give your business to. License plate number as follows.

I woke up to my water heater leaking all over my floor in the hallway of my home. I called multiple plumbers and came across Royal Flush Plumbing, they were at my home in 30min! great prices and super service I highly recommend.

One Star. Dominic quoted $400 on an easy job right in my own home and scheduled for Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and at the end of the day he called with an excuse why a more important job came up and he couldn't call me or let me know what was going on. Fair enough but I waited all day for this service. Said he'd come by next couple days if it worked out but it didn't work out. He came on Saturday to do the job and I was all but ready to just call someone else. He came and did a nice job on the piping, I'm not knocking any of that but he bumped me to $550 at checkout to include "parts" consisting of the PVC piping and some glue. I paid it because I was happy to get it finished and too busy to even deal with it. Nevertheless for 2 hours work on a Saturday and I got bumped like that after the no-show I think 5 stars on this plumber is not accurate based on that service.

My parents just moved into a new place, the gas shut off valve was broken.
I was talking with a friend in the grocery store, he heard I needed a plumber and offered his services. He came out within an hour and fixed it right away for me. He was a true life saver. I totally recommend Dominic. Thank you.

This plumbing company is utter trash. If someone chooses another plumbing service that's their decision to make. This company has no rights saying that calling a customer is so much of a hassle and making them feel bad. This man literally called my boyfriend and got mad when he didn't chose the company. Saying it costs so much to call and they were so inconvenienced. Sorry it's so much of an inconvenience to do your job but that's not the customers fault. The customer will choose what's best for them and it's very unprofessional to act the way they did and extremely rude. So glad we didn't choose them.

I’ve used Royal flush plumbing twice now and they are always professional, friendly, timely and clean. I recommend them to all my friends, family and neighbors! Their pricing is fair and they always make sure you know what’s going on so you aren’t surprised later. Ask for Dominic, he’s great!

We can not express enough gratitude for this company and the staff! They went above and beyond the call of duty. We are here in town for my moms funeral and her plumbing backed up. They came out within a hour and fixed the plumbing. Not only did they fix it they did not charge us. As a business owner myself this speaks volumes as who they are! I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them at my mothers house for any plumbing issues we may have in the future.

I can't say enough great things about this company. I had an issue with my toilet and my brother in law recommended I give Dominic a call. He had used him before and was very pleased with the work he had received. I gave him a call and he came out the same day. I really appreciated his willingness to explain what he needed to do to correct the issue and his friendly attitude throughout the whole process. My husband and I highly recommend them and will definitely keep their number handy for any future needs that may arise.

My father and I thought we'd spend a couple hours replacing the 1st floor bathroom sink. After spending the better part of 5 hours still trying to replace the shut-off valve, we decided it was time to call in some help.

I tried calling all of the big name companies because I wanted someone I could rely on that was accountable for the work I was asking them to do. All the 24/7 companies I spoke to were fully booked with the next available appoint being Tuesday the following week. Finally, I tried Royal Flush Plumbing and the person who answered asked for me to text them my address and number since they were a bit busy, but they'd have someone out within an hour. I was skeptical at first but had no other options.

Within 30min of my text, Alex showed up. He quickly replaced the shut-off valve that we had been struggling with so we could turn back on the water and live like civilized people again. Alex also quickly installed the new faucet without once commenting on how pitiful my father and I's attempt was, truly a classy guy! After being at our place maybe only 15-30min Alex had done all he'd come to do an more, and packed up his things and left.

This was hands-down the best service I'd received since moving to Torrance, and they are a local family owned company. I will make sure to pass their information along to everyone I meet that has plumbing issues.

My wife and I have been eyeing getting a new dishwasher, and already know who we'll be calling for the install.
