Cheap work is never good and good work is never cheap. Jeff knows his trade. Very personable and easy to discuss the issues at hand. We had multiple issues with the home we bought a year and a half ago. It was painful to spend so much on getting it working properly but Jeff's knowledge, recommendations and quality of work put our minds at rest that we got the work we paid for and resolved the ongoing issues for good. I highly recommend him if you want the job done right the 1st time. P.S. He likes a good cookie!

This was my first visit to Reece Plumbing, and I was impressed. I’d been searching for plumbing materials that the big box stores never seem to have, and I finally found everything here. Damion provided outstanding customer service knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely positive. He guided me through every step and made the process easy. It’s rare to meet someone who makes the job smoother and the day better for everyone. Highly recommended.

If you are in the market for anything that this store sells, please go and do business with them whenever you are able. Customer service like this just doesn’t exist anymore. I called in to Reece less than 5min before closing for a rubber washer that probably cost less than $.50, but was gonna be a lifesaver for my evening. I was a little more than 5min away and Damion, the wonderful gentleman who answered my call, FaceTimed me on the spot to see what part I needed, he then took it out of the store before they closed So he could give it to me five minutes after he had to lock the doors. He totally would’ve been justified to have taken my call and said, “sorry buddy. You gotta come tomorrow.” but what he did without a doubt will have me returning to the store anytime I I am able to give them my business. Thank you Damion!

They were knowledgeable and helped me to get the correct Kohler shower valve cartridge with just a few pictures! They seemed to care about their jobs and showed 100% professionalism! I will be using them again when in the Southbay area of Torrance or Hawthorne.
