We had a leak coming from the ceiling and Eric was able to identify it right away and provide us with options to take care of the leak for ~$400 and with other options that include installing a filter in your home to prevent further damage in pipes and cleaner water for your from chlorine and other chemicals for extra cost. We also had our tankless water heater flushed and maintenance done while he was here. He explained everything about the procedure and they always give you different levels of options and costs for services and let you decide what you want. Amanda and Eric are quick to respond and punctual with clear time expectations. We will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Had a pipe snap off behind a hose bib and had to turn off water to the whole house. They made it in under an hour and had it finished in 20 minutes. Great friendly service and reasonably priced.

Eric arrived as scheduled to changed out a tankless water heater. His work is impeccable, work area left clean and heater works great! I highly recommend Eric and Wise Way Plumbing! I would use them again for sure!!

We called Wiseway when our 14-year-old Noritz tankless water heater broke down at our home. We had some warning, but by the time we got help, it had already failed and was leaking. Wiseway is a certified plumber from Noritz and we found them on the Noritz website. Amanda answered the phone in a few rings and had us an appointment the next morning, 8:00 AM. They send you a text message and a photo of the technician before he arrives for anytime during the visit and Eric was right on time. He was both courteous and respectful of our home as he wore booties or took his shoes off when he came into the house. He used an internal camera and identified the problem very quickly and showed me the extensive corrosion and other damage that the hard water did on the inside and I saw that we had to get a full replacement. He provided us with three options that varied in price and features. It was great to know that Wiseway keeps their own supply of heaters and they had a direct replacement Noritz in stock. He installed it later that day in only a few hours. After fourteen years, a lot of the water heater components had started to rust or degrade since it was installed outdoors. His prices included new valves, any additional rerouting, and a water filter to reduce the wear on the unit. Eric also cleaned up after removing everything and left the area spotless. Eric also walked me through all the various features of the unit and reviewed the revised flushing procedure since I do it on my own. He explained all the plumbing features that he installed and what they were used for and he was very patient to answer all my questions about the unit.

On his way out, he answered some other plumbing questions and problems that we were having and he provided some reasonable solutions. Eric has 20+ years of experience in the field and he answered every one of my questions with a confident expertise that was not condescending and I did not feel like he was selling me anything that I did not need. The final price did not change from the final estimate and they took my Visa on the spot.

We had a broken tankless water heater and Eric at WiseWay was by far the most knowledgeable technician we have encountered! WiseWay was the third plumbing company that had come out and they not only gave the best price, but also had the most knowledgeable technician and provided unparalleled service. Eric came out within just a few hours of being called and worked quite late in order to try to get us back up and running so we would have hot water asap. He truly went above and beyond and I cannot recommend him enough, and will definitely utilize WiseWay for all of our future plumbing needs!

Eduardo came out the same day I reported an issue. He showed me what the problem was with my slow drain and didn’t do a bunch of unnecessary stuff that would have been expensive. They are very trustworthy and super nice! Highly recommend!

WiseWay Plumbing was excellent! Our upstairs sink was clogged and we were told by a previous plumber that the repair would be in the thousands! WiseWay rep Eric came by, conducted a thorough diagnostic and was able to resolve the entire issue within one hour. The price was not in the thousands and very moderate. My tankless water heater stopped working on a Saturday. Called a recommended guy who didn’t return my call. My nephew called Wiseguy because he saw it was local. Eduardo came right away. Did diagnostic and said they had to order the part and it would take two days, and because it was the weekend that might mean it wouldn’t come until Wednesday but they made a tentative appointment to return Monday at ten and said they’d let us know if it would be later in the week. At ten Monday he showed back up. He’d decided to drive to Fountain Valley and get the part instead of wait! That is above and beyond expectation. Water heater fixed, descaled, working great. They were awesome, on time, sent a pic and bio of the plumber coming, and Amanda in the office was super helpful. Reasonable price, great service, highly recommend this company!

This was for a conversion from a gas water heater to a hybrid electric water heater. Eric was fabulous. He answered all of my questions. He even did some research on his own to make suggestions for my installation. I ended up making some last-minute changes and he was able accommodate them. The work site was left clean, and the work was professionally done. I will be using WISEWAY for my future plumbing needs.

I had a Moen Flo Auto Shutoff valve installed. WiseWay plumber Omar Lopez was right on schedule, professional and friendly. Definitely would recommend.

We had 2 toilets stopped up and wouldn’t be resolved with a simple plunge. I called after hours and got the automated service that indicated I couldn’t get work done on a Sunday. Eric called me back right away asking if he could help us and provided us service Sunday anyway. Eric arrived on time and was very efficient, professional, patient, communicative, and didn’t try to sell us on more than what we needed. My kids were very curious about what he was doing, following him around asking questions. Eric was fantastic with my son, answering his questions, explaining how everything worked.
