Gave window of 12-2, called to say they'd be late...arrived at 4:30pm...disheveled worker, had no mask, didn't offer to take off shoes/cover shoes, only had a rotor with him; not able to give an estimate, only looked at one sink, seemed slow and confused in looking up info on his phone. Did not appear competent. I asked him to leave. He said nothing besides just glad to leave his work day early. I called office to tell why not using and there was no apology or attempt to make it right.

When Brian showed up, I turned the pool filter on and it didn't leak while he was here. However, he was very helpful and explained how I could potentially bypass the part that is leaking.

Brian of LA Plumbing came out was on time gave me an estimate for the job of installing two showers and also repairing and replacing the plumbing system for those showers in my apt bld. I had a short window of operation because one of the tenets would be going on vacation for the holidays which gave us only three days. Brian and his crew worked those three days to get the job done at the same estimated price during the holiday which fell on the laborday weekend Saturday Sunday and Monday I thought that was incredible My hat's off to Brian and LA plumbing
