I recently had a positive experience with WiseWay plumbing. They descaled and cleaned my Navien tankless water heater and were very professional. Eduardo was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I even had them come back and install a pressure regulator on my main line. Will continue to use them in the future.

Great and friendly service. I called another company first who told me my tankless water heater was broken and recommended I buy a whole new system. After receiving that news, I called WiseWay Plumbing who sent out Eric. Eric was extremely knowledgeable. He immediately knew my water heater was still under warranty and actually diagnosed the issue. He then made sure I had a temporary fix for hot water until the water heater company shipped the part out. Eric being honest and knowledgeable actually saved me thousands of dollars and prevented me from being taken advantage of by someone else. He's now helping out with the annual maintenance of my tankless water heater system.

Wise way plumbing from our 1st phone call to the service was easy, quick and exceptionally easy to understand the process of getting the tankless water heater fixed. We will definitely will refer and will utilize them again. Thank you for excellent service!!

We hired another plumbing company who came out and told us what we wanted couldn’t be done. Eduardo from WiseWay plumbing came by and had the toilets properly installed in 2 hours. We had a great experience with Wiseway Plumbing. Our tankless water heater was taking a long time to produce hot water in the third-floor bathroom. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue and solved the problem efficiently.

He later came back to add a water filter to help prevent future issues, which we really appreciated. Eric is friendly, professional, and a fast problem solver. He was easy to schedule with and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I had a vanity and faucet installed in my guest bathroom to replace a pedestal sink with a broken drain pipe. The technician, Eduardo, was prompt, efficient, polite, and did a great job. I would definitely use this company again.

Called in for a consultation for a new Nortiz tankless water heater (NRCR111-DV). Amanda quickly responded and was able to get us set up with a next day appointment. Eric answered the call and we couldnt have been happier. He was very knowledgeable and able to address all of our questions before developing a comprehensive quote. We found the services competively priced and Eric was able to complete the work the same day!

Overall, the service was top notch and very responsive. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you Eric!

Must say they did show up in time.
Starting from the first second after they removed the cover to inspect the job to be done they started trying to up charge me on extra service to use a camera.

During the removal of the waste one was on the phone talking to her girlfriend while the other was getting help by me to turn on the water so he could breakdown some of the waste to clean out.
After they were done they left the job site without giving me an invoice or any info on how much waste was pumped out.
Later that day I get a simple bill that says amount that was billed to my credit card.
Called multiple times to get a breakdown of the charges but no response back.
I would not trust this business and never call them again.

I met Mr. Gary from GM Plumbing ,when I was selling a house to my client in Rancho Palos Verdes. He did the inspection for the buyer and also installed the septic tank for the seller. There was a deadline and Mr. Gary was able to get all permits and installed the septic tank on time.

They gave me a fair estimate and completed the job quickly. They were very professional and even came out on a Sunday. The previous plumber did a poor job installing a new shower and it wasnt getting hot water. GM Plumbing came and installed a new valve system and shower head and had it working in no time. Several companies tried telling me it would take several days and that it would cost at least $5000. They wanted $1000 just to tell me what the problem was. GM Plumbing came and told me exactly the problem and what my options were. Got the job done same day. They were affordable and knowledgeable and really did an amazing job. So thankful to Gary and GM Plumbing.

Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Call Gary and his staff. We had a 9 yr old sewage mascerator pump that died. I had several quotes that were absolutely outrageous- way more than it cost to install the whole system! Gary took my call, worked with us to make sure we had all the correct parts, showed up on time and knocked out the job perfectly and well within budget. His crew is kind and skilled. They kept the work space neat and worked skillfully. These guys deserve your business. Don’t hesitate to call them. We have done decades worth of renovations- much of the work ourselves.
