Edwin came promptly within the estimated time frame. He was professional and thorough. He was able to complete the job and more importantly explained how to prevent future problems. He was very personable and I would use their services again !

Milton Amaya (technician) and Joe Crowe (supervisor) were extremely professional, I needed it urgently and they were at my place promptly, they are very knowledgeable and fixed everything properly, they even gave me advices. They left everything outstandingly clean and I could not have asked for a better honest service. I highly recommend their services.

I was happy with the speed with which Dan responded to our request. I appreciate the updates made about the techincian that would be arriving. Though our plumber was scheduled to come out around 8am, he didn't show up until later, closer to 9:30am. It wasn't clear what the reason was for the delay. However, once he arrived, he did a great job snaking the drain two times to make sure the drain was clear. I was satisfied with the work that was completed. I'd use them again.

Unfortunately, when you have plumbing problems, unless you have a plumber in the family, you don’t know who you’re gonna get. I was charged $180 for a snake and two days later pipes filled up again. I know, I have another company now that is telling me it is a broken pipe

Mr Rooter was very professional in taking care of a difficult problem. They sent their people on multiple days until the issue was fixed. Thier management was flexible and worked with us on the pricing. Overall very good experience.

Edwin and his assistant and John were all prompt and did everything they could to help us out for a main line issue we’ve been having the same day I called. They went above what other companies would have and kept us informed the whole time. Really appreciate them and would use again if we have any issues.

Mr Rooter Plumbing are guy to choose. They offered the fastest response time & after initially not succeeding with the snake we upgraded to the pressure wash. They kept their word on pricing. Joey Crowe & Sergio came out did as fast as job as they could & helped explain everything to me so I knew I was making their right choices.

Great people. Customer service is at 100 percent Joey Crowe. An Joey Morris are among the best in customer satisfaction. Even when my job required extra work they went the extra mile to not settle for a job less than well done. Mr Rooter should be happy to have these guys on their team.

I would absolutely recommend this company. They did excellent work. They responded immediately; showed up when they said they would; answered all my phone calls (the worker even answered my call on his day off); provided answers to all my questions; and were reasonably priced. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Best plumbers I have encountered over the past 20 years.

We had a clog in our master bathroom this past weekend and within 30 minutes of calling, they were here. They took the time to properly diagnose the issues and walked us through everything they were doing. This really made me feel confident that they knew what they were doing. In the end, it was a pretty extensive repair but I could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend them!

Dan our technician was amazing!! He already had a full schedule today and was able to squeeze us in. We called around 8am and he was here by 11am. Was done by 11:30. Very professional and was able to see us the same day!! AMAZING!! I will be referring everyone to them!!!

We had to have a pipe replaced under our driveway, so it took three days. They arrived soon after the initial phone call on a Sunday. They did great work and were very efficient, courteous, always on time, and very responsive to our questions and concerns.

I was so happy to hear the tech say we can use the water jet method I'm like let's do it, the other company that came prior Adee plumbing said your drain is cast iron my snake will break your drain, nothing I can do for you. Mr rooter took care of my issue and they were in my door in less than 20 minutes. Just an awesome experience. 👌

Mr. Rooter came and fix my troubled kitchen sink on short notice,I mean under two hours the problem was solved, and at a reasonable price. will call again if I ever need them. I'm very satisfied.

Milton was the one that showed up to our house and assessed the problem with our toilet. He fixed the problem and informed us of the issues with our toilet. He gave us suggestions on what would needed to be done for the future. Joey Crowe, his Supervisor, spoke to us over the phone and discussed pricing with us. They were very nice gentlemen and a overall, a professional interaction. Great service!

Wow I was and am impressed with the service I received from Jeff, Billy and Dan. They respected my home and honored the Covid policies. My shower repair was quite a challenge but they never gave up!! Jeff ensured that the problem was rectified and when he thought he was stumped Dan showed up as reenforcement!!! Billy was the clean up crew and repaired all walls and left it looking like the walls were never opened up!!! I absolutely loved the services I received. Thanks guys.

Armando did a fantastic job. I recommend him and Mr. Rooter wholeheartedly. Armando was knowledgeable, conscientious, and accommodating. He skillfully repaired a dangerous water heater problem created by another company, and was friendly to boot. He worked hard to get the part needed quickly, in order to get my hot water restored. His assistants were also very nice, as were the dispatchers. I feel lucky to have found Mr. Rooter, and especially Armando.

It was a dark and stormy night.... then my toilet was spewing all over the floor, and both showers joined in, disgusting ! Other plumbers wanted my credit card right off the bat. Mike Diamond couldn't get to me until Monday... Then, I was fortunate enough to have called Mr. Rooter. Dan answered and was prompt and courteous, he didn't ask me for my credit card. Jeff, the technician, showed up 10 minutes later, unbelievably prompt !! Pouring rain, no problem. Friday night, no problem !! He figured out what was going on, a main line plug, and had it fixed promptly. He's a nice guy, too. Top notch business, and we are lucky in Torrance to have this great company. Within an hour and a half, it was as if nothing had happened, I was back to normal... Keep up the good work, you guys ! I'll be back again.
