We had this company come out for a quote on a water softener system, and we were genuinely impressed by how thorough and professional they were. They tested our water hardness and total dissolved solids right on the spot, completely free of charge. They even checked out our recently installed tankless water heater and, after learning when it was put in, pointed us to a rebate program that ended up saving us a significant amount. Super thoughtful and helpful!

We also asked about our home’s water pressure, since we’d previously been told it might be too high. Without hesitation, they grabbed a pressure gauge from their vehicle and checked it for us, again, free of charge. They were patient, answered all our questions clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

Although we ultimately went with another company based on a trusted personal recommendation, I still have nothing but good things to say about this team. And the fact that they don’t charge for onsite visits or quotes? That’s incredibly rare and appreciated. They left a great impression, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

I first met Mike when the company was formerly called The Drain Guys. I had called numerous companies regarding an issue I had on a Saturday. They were the only company that offered to come out the same day, and they were there in just over an hour (fast response time in my opinion.)

Mike earned my business because he was the first to show up, he was able to diagnose the issue, clearly communicate pricing and his approach to fixing the issue. He has been the one to come out every time that I've called - I consider him honest, reliable and a pleasure to work with.

The wonderful team at Soo Hipp installed our reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system. The staff at the office and technicians are friendly and professional. Jose Navarro our technician was polite, honest and considerate of our home, Jose and Michael wore shoe covers and used floor covers in their work area. He responded all of our questions and concerns. We had an issue and had to call them a second time to fix something and they responded fast and fix the issue right away. We highly recommend Soo Hipp, they have a great team of technicians! So far we love our reverse osmosis water filtration system. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

I've had the Drain Guys at my house three times in the last couple months. First to install a water filtration/softener, second to install a reverse osmosis system and faucet in the kitchen, and finally to unclog a shower. Every time they're professional, quick, and helpful. They cover their shoes, lay down protective covers on the floors, and get right to work.
