Had a tankless water heater installed in July by Soo Hipp, was getting water temperature fluctuations in the shower. Not knowing what the problem was, called them to take a look. Turned out to be the cartridge in the shower faucet! Problem solved right away, now I have consistent hot water again! Thank you!

Scheduled on New Year’s Day, they showed up the next day. Needed French drains cleaned and a sump pump installed they. They were on time, honest and got the job in a few hours. It was a great experience and would recommend.

They were prompt and efficient. Eddie explained what he was doing and planned to do in a clear manor. The work was done as explained and the area was left clean.

The Soo Hipp Plumbing crew, owners,workers and office personnel, were professional, polite and courteous. They explained processes as needed, got inspectors involved early and performed excellent work. My four water heaters were replaced and/ or brought up to code as required.

It was a rough day with a torrential water flood. Was in the midst of getting flooring put in. A shutoff valve for the bathroom vanity was dripping. I started tightening it and it blew off. Water everywhere. Within an hour of our call, Omar showed up. Turned off the main because the shutoff was frozen. Within 45 minutes he had the valve back on and no more leak. Fast, happy, courteous. And not crazy expensive $125.

I want to thank Soo Hipp Plumbing for their great work. Their price was very fair, they showed up on time, finished the work as projected, cleaned up and were very friendly. I appreciate Jose and Hugo’s positive attitudes as it was a tough job cutting out pipes and crawling under our house all day! Thanks again!

Soo Hipp showed up the very next day early and replaced my tankless water heater in just a few hours. They were quick, courteous, knowledgeable and came in at the right price. I would absolutely recommend them.

Hippsoo Plumbing is the best! Jose and Hugo provided expert service replacing a 20 yr old water heater with a new 70 gal. California code approved high quality Bradford White unit. They were quite personable and professional. They answered all our questions and were extremely helpful improving our home. We highly recommend them .

The guys that completed the job were very professional and patient. They answered all of my questions. They even were able to move my washer and dryer before and after the repair because they were in the way. They did an amazing job!

My sewer was backing up on Memorial Day. I called five different plumbing companies and V Max was the only company that answered. They came out within an hour and gave me a fair price. They cleared the line and even gave me a free sewer camera inspection. I highly recommend them.

Happy customer over here! Ernesto and his team came out for an inspection yesterday. They were very thorough and had to carve out some of our foundation to see under our house where previous inspectors had been unable to access. They were quick, organized and efficient about making the change. Ernesto is one of the kindest contractors we’ve met so far and he makes sure you understand what he needs to do. We’re so glad he was able to make the trip up to Inglewood, and there wasn’t a leak which was great for us! As I mentioned, he is a general contractor and we’re looking forward to working with him on other projects!

Nothing but great things to say about V-Max plumbing and Ernesto! My water heater broke and I called around and no one could come out that day…except Ernesto! He came and assessed the problem and broke down everything that needed to be done. He had his guys out the next day and they were very efficient. And now we have water again! I couldn’t be happier with the service and the work done. Highly recommended!! Will definitely use again.
