Excellent response time and great communication. They came out for a drain blockage on a holiday and returned the next morning first thing to fully diagnose the reason for the blockage and recommend a repair. Both Michael and Dan are competent and did an awesome job.

Courteous and professional are the words I would use to describe Mr Rooter. I was happy with the level of communication and the skill and expertise demonstrated at the job site. I had a Japanese washlet installed in my toilet. They did a fast and thorough job and even fixed the old parts for free. All the technicians especially Michael and Hugo were very kind and polite.

In addition, the task took a few hours, contrary to the initial estimate of 1 hour. The work was executed by Roger, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism.

The whole team, Eddie, Jose, Hugo and Shavon are a pleasure to work with. Eddie presented different options for a water filtration/softener system. Jose and Hugo went above and beyond installing the system the following two days. Shavon arranged financing simply over the phone and email. All phases were professionally done. Highly recommend if you're interested in a water filtration system.

Ed is professional, efficient, and friendly. Identified problem quickly and solved it within one hour without over treatment. He used micro camera to inspect the entire plumbing system and told me where the risks are. Cost is not the cheapest but reasonable.
