Mr. Rooter provided a service once and now twice. Similar to their first time service, this time they also sent their friendly and clean technician Marvin who was able fix the problem.
Their warranty covered our current problem and starting from Joey to Marvin the technician, both were able to help, even on a same day phone call request.

Two suggestions for new customers:
1) keep your paperwork safe for future reference
This can help with their work coverage.

2) Please be patient. Their time is not set since it depends on the difficulty of the job. For example, our job was scheduled at one specific time, but the technician arrived later than expected. The customer before us had a worst problem, but fortunately Joey and Marvin care to do a good job.

Keep them in mind and in your contact list. Their services are worth it.

Called this company and the plumber Sergio did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable in the work he did, will definitely be calling this company in the future

They were very quick to respond and explained what they thought was the issue and then we both heard the problem. My old water heater was a challenge but they managed. Now with the new heater it is hotter and faster to get to the back of my house. Amazing. Great job. Only call you for service

From my first contact with Mr Rooter Plumbing of Torrance I was impressed with the professionalism, and courtesy, demonstrated by Jeff. The work was done on time, excellent job, cleaned up after the project. Jeff and Billy did a camera inspection and high velocity hydro scrub of our drains. The camera noted tree roots in the sewer line drain and Jeff's estimate of the cost of the project was very competitive and started the job immediately after I approved the job and they finished the very next day. I was pleased surprised by the amazing service this company offers. The customer service staff was very accommodating, had a same day appointment even. The technician Jerreme was extremely courteous and professional. Great prices for the service we got as well! Will definitely be using them again in the future!

The guy that came was very nice. The issue was the water heater. They were able to replace it that same day!

The plumber was confident of the repair with the replacement of the section of the pipe in the p-trap area. But he realized later that he could not snake the cable through despite changing the pipe. I had to pay for the replacement of the pipe however, which I felt is unnecessary even though he insisted that that was required. Just a frustrating situation.

Service is fast and easy. Sergio is knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. Price might be a little pricey for me but with the service I get, im not complaining. Overall service is great. Highly recommended. Will definitely call again for future plumbing jobs.

They came earlier than scheduled Which for me was good and they were knowledgeable, explained everything fix the clog and advise on future things to do To clear the erosion and secure the pipes.

My New stove was delivered delivery guys could not install due to a leaky gas valve I call. ROTTER and they send someone out immediately and gave me a estimate and later on they send a worker to fix it he worker was very nice understanding and professional I will recommend this service to anyone he even installed my stove Thanks Guys

Hour and a half late with poor communication. Simple fix and paid a premium for it to be done over the weekend. Should have received a discount or something.

They came very late in the afternoon within 30 minutes of my call to not only only fix the plumbing issue but also remove excess wood that was damaged. The price was very reasonable and the technician knew exactly what he was doing. I will call them again next time I'm in need.
