Southwood Plumbing Inc. was truly a blessing. After purchasing my home I discovered that there was a water leak from my water meter to my home. Other plumbers suggested tearing up concrete and running a new line (which would of been extremely costly). I called Southwood Plumbing to get an estimate and Mr. Santos came out looked over the problem, advised me that he could not only replace the water line but he could do it without having to break up the concrete (which kept the cost low). Mr. Santos and his assistant arranged to have the utilities companies come out to mark all underground pipes to ensure safety to his crew and our home. They arrived on time and finished the work ahead of schedule. I also had them clear my sewer drain as it was clogged from previous owner. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Santos and Southwood Plumbing Inc. for any plumbing services you may need...Quality work and fair prices. I will certainly utilize his services in the future.

Santos and his team did a fenomenal job replacing almost all old pipes(including the main drain pipe to the street) under our house using the tiniest crow space. They work really hard and professional. If there is an obsticle, the team finds another best way to fix the problem! This awesome team follows dead lines! At no point they left our family with no water in the evenings althought they had days worth of work. We didn't have to move to a hotel because of no water!
We will definitely use Santos' team if we have any other problems in the future and definitely recommending their services to anyone who needs a good professional pipe work done!

I had Southwood plumbing, do a liner for a main sewer line. They did a great job they were on time, and the price was as quoted. I would definitely use them again, and give them a very high recommendation.

I called Southwood Plumbing Inc, for the 1st time. Explained that I was having problem with my toilet.
Carlos came in with his assistant on time. They also practiced Covid safely, which made me comfortable. I also requested to look into other's plumbing items such as heater, water tank and shower faucet system. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable helpful and honest.
He didn't sell work that wasn't needed.
I requested to complete several items. Replace furnace heater, replace
shower faucet system, replace the toilets and some others small items.
They were very professional, personable leave everything immaculately clean.

My wall-mounted gas heater suddenly stopped working. I called many places but I was only told to leave my name and phone number. I finally called Southwood Plumbing, which gave me the opportunity to explain my heating system problems. They sent a technician to my house a few hours later. With his experience, Santos Sancher quickly found the problem. he proposed a number of solutions and left options open. He works hard and is professional. according to my choice. The problem was resolved at a reasonable price. I recommend Southwood Plumbing to anyone having furnace and plumbing problems.

Santos was especially accommodating and helpful resolving my clogged line from the kitchen. He was able to hydro jet the clog away with the right tools. I've got a basic understanding of home repairs but glad I called a pro for this job. Local to us as well. Looking forward to working with Santos again in the future.

Had my heater replaced with HVAC unit. I’ll have greater efficiency with electrical use, even with additional comfort of AC. Very through. Professional and performed safely. Made great suggestion to move the unit up in attic, I now have more closet space from where the heater was located! Excellent job with cleanup & patching up. Got the whole job done in less than a week. Santos glad to have his expertise.

The service was great, and the plumber they sent was on time, very courteous, and did the repair quickly. But, the price they charged was astronomical!! If I had had time to shop around, I'm sure I could have found someone for half the price. I won't be using them again!

Allesandro was the nicest, patient person.
