Constraction reviews in Tracy, California

Eagle Home Solutions did a great job with our re-roof and gutter repair. It was a large job, we were on a tight deadline and they did exactly as they said, completed the job quickly and professionally, kept the worksite tidy, and were easy to work and communicate with. I highly recommend.

I hired Eagle Home Solutions Inc. to work on my roof, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From the very first contact, the communication was clear and professional. The team arrived on time, carefully evaluated the work that needed to be done, and explained every step of the process in a transparent way, which gave me a lot of confidence.

During the job, I noticed their great attention to detail and the high-quality materials they used. They not only delivered outstanding workmanship on my roof but also made sure to keep everything clean and organized from start to finish, which made a huge difference.

What impressed me the most was their dedication to ensuring durability and aesthetics, along with the warranty they provide that shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. Now I feel at ease knowing my roof is in excellent condition and was handled by true professionals.

I highly recommend Eagle Home Solutions Inc. to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and outstanding customer service. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Really happy with the work they did. They handled some tile roof maintenance, cleaned out the valleys, fixed a roof leak I was having, and also cleaned the gutters. Everything was explained clearly and the work was done quickly and professionally. No more leaks since. Easy to work with and fairly priced. I’d definitely recommend them.

I recently had a standing seam metal roof installed by Vinny from Eagle Home Solutions, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Vinny and his team are true professionals who take pride in their work. The quality of the roof is outstanding, and they completed the job on time and within budget. I highly recommend Vinny and Eagle Home Solutions to anyone looking for top-notch roofing services. Five stars all the way!

I wish you guys had an email listed so I could contact you via email to request a quote.

Paul, John, and Loui (the owners) are all stand up, hand shake, down to earth family guys. In the time that we have done business with this company we have grown to like them more and more and consider them very close friends. Great place of work and great customer service.

Have had 2 appointments for an estimate and 2-no shows, had to call the office only to find out the estimator had a family issue or had the day off, no call from them to advise us. We have heard they do great work but with the lack of notification on the estimator not able to come out not sure we would proceed with them.

Melo Construction has remodeled two houses for me. They do everything from electric, building, plumbing and paint. Quite frankly there is no one better not only in Tracy but in anywhere in the Central Valley or Bay Area. They are efficient, exacting, and clean. Yes, they clean up after each day working on the house. They build as if they were building their own homes. Because of this they are always busy, but I would wait months to have them for the quality work they do. I would offer either of my houses, my daughter's or mine, as example of the excellent work they do.

Melo Construction Company recently completed an indoor painting project at my home. It was done expertly and the service was exceptional. I will definitely be using them again in the near future for outdoor home repairs and painting.
I highly recommend this company.

Another home project Done by CK Custrution. So incredibly happy with the outcome! It’s everything I hoped for & more. Chris & Gabe did a wonderful job & were so respectful, helpful throughout process.
Will 100% use CK Custruction for any future projects.
Would recommend to others for an assortment of home projects. Bathroom, tiling, doors, fireplace

We hired CK Construction to do a whole home tile floor install. Chris, the owner, was fantastic throughout the whole project. Extremely professional. Showed up on time every morning and gave us a plan for the day. As issues came, Chris would quickly come up with a plan to solve them. He worked with our timeline and completed a couple days ahead of the agreed date.
We will be definitely hiring Chris again.

We INSIST !! ….. let CK Construction do your remodel / construction projects!!
My wife and I hired Chris K. earlier this year to do our full kitchen remodel (tear-out from the studs all the way to final, new kitchen)
Simply put, this general contractor has it all: Always operates in a professional manner, he’s trustworthy, flexible, detailed, highly skilled, cleans up, organized, AND shows up on-time & communicates well. Even his sub-contractors (workers, electricians, countertop stone pros, etc.) are just as skilled and reliable as he is. Oh… and his pricing is quite fair too!

We are VERY happy customers.. not only with the final outcome, but with the entire process…. made possible & lead by CK Construction. We’ll be hiring them again next year for our next project. If you’re looking, CK Construction is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

One of the best service in Bay Area.

Great work, extremely professional

Super professional and get's the work done in time and better than expected!

I can’t recommend Pedro enough! He went above and beyond with his customer service — always friendly, communicative, and willing to explain his plans and decisions. His vision took my project to a whole new level, and the end result exceeded my expectations. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat!

Great work

No stars! Awful service. Waited 6 days for a quote. On day of was told by Ken he would drill my hole for a soap dispenser after lunch. Quoted $100. He never called or returned. I called them on Monday to be told that the owner can't do it for awhile and would charge $150. I had some words with some lady. I called Marble Palace who did it the next day and only charged $85.

I just wanted to say they did a great job on my kitchen remodel. I am very happy with the work they did. My kitchen is beautiful. It looks so good. I just wanted them to know that I am very happy with the all they did.

They did a bathroom remodel for us - gutted the junky old and started over. Great service from quote to finish. Answered all my pesky questions and were awesome. Now we have a great and beautiful bathroom we can be very proud of! Now for the other bathroom!
