Custom Cuts Construction helped us do several jobs at our retail store. The entire staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Wes the owner was very responsive to all of our questions and kept us in the loop the entire time. We are very pleased with the entire process! They are knowledgeable, courteous and professional.. They have great ideas and lay everything out in detail. The first meeting covered all our thoughts and discussion of cost and timeline. Everything was on target even with the COVID pandemic. There were some additional costs that perhaps should have been brought to our attention earlier in the process but overall everything went smoothly. I would us Custom Cuts Construction again. The finished product was above our expectations.

Early this year we had major water damage in our Kitchen and living room due to a leaking dish washer. After a couple of months we discovered these folks. The repairs were completed about 5 months ago. Now to my experience with these folks.

Quality:
Absolutely 1st grade. I am not sure how it could have been any better.The worksmanship is a pleasure.

Professionalism:
Exceptially good. They did what they said they will, on time.

Customer Service/Responsiveness:
Last week we had a minor issue with one of the electrical recepticales which was installed. I called Alicia at the office, she had someone onsite within two hours and the issue was taken care of in 15 minutes. The technician was very professional, respectful and clearly knew what he was doing.

It's been a pleasure to work with this team. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

I had to install my garage door and after running into a million problems with my contractor I called home depot and they sent someone out to give me an estimate and an Idea on what was going on. The track chain was totaly off and so I bought another and the problem was fixed.

Tracy Homedepot sucks!
My blinds still not yet installed. Living in my house without blinds for around 2 weeks. Homedepot Installer responded after 4 calls( so, unresponsive) and also not ready to install on my requested time.

I been working with this people for months trying to get a entry door so finally arrive after 5-6 months pay to install then they want to charge me 6,000. for installation after we agree to a price then they say we cannot install it you on your own basically , bad customer service as well is hard to get a hold of anybody that knows anything, i only went here thinking that is a big co. and to be sure you be more confident Bad idea,
small co well do better than that ,Avoid the frustration

Personal note to Associate Mike in lighting
Few of the CFL in my house went out. I went for replacement bulbs.
Mike was paged to the lighting section. Mike listened to me well and understood what I really needed.
Energy efficient: Mike suggested LED
Milky white light: Mike advised how to look for it and said 5000K
Installation: Mike explained to me the way a Pro would. Wire by wire, color by color, Connector by connector, gauge by gauge, option by option. Mike even know the type of housing and fixture in my house by the year, builder and location of the my house.
Knowledge: After the chat with Mike I had the confidence to do it myself. I saved a lot of money and I am proud that I did it my self.

This warehouse is large and has plenty of building material. With that being said, customer service and installation of their products have a lot to be desired. As an example;

We wanted to replace our “Kitchen sink” so I asked an associate if someone could assist us and sent us back to the kitchen area where we waited for assistance.

After 20 minutes, I asked another associate who was walking by and he said the person didn’t come in until around 10:30am. He thought it was humorous by adding that “they keep banking hours” and complained that they should have to come in at 6:30 just like he did. They took my name and phone number and left it on the desk, to have the representative call me back whenever they came into work, which they never bothered to do.

After that I asked someone else for help and she sent me over to this person who tried to send me back to the person I just spoke to. At this point I had heard enough and didn’t want to be bounced around like a ping pong ball and asked for the manager.

Of course his response was that they didn’t know where their manager was and didn’t know if he even showed up for work this morning! “Wow, really!”

Great products, most of the time, stupid people that don’t have a clue what they’re supposed to do and their customer service stinks at the way they treat their customers. I was ready to shell out thousands of dollars to get a sink and counter installed but this trip made me sick.

Several years ago we spoke with another associate who sat down with us and we picked out the color, number of cabinet, and what we wanted added. The day of the install and after we had already paid for the products, the cabinets didn’t match and our cabinet selection wasn’t what we ordered. To make a long story short and after complaining loudly, we received several thousand in refunds

You’re probably asking, if you had that much trouble with these people, why are you dealing with them now? For one, they have an enormous selection of electric items that a smaller store wouldn’t even carry and believe it or not, some of their products are good.

I have also come here when it first opened and built a “playhouse” from all the materials I purchased from this store.

I ordered closet doors from this store and paid over $3000 and this has been the worse shopping experience of my life. It has been 5 months since I purchased the closet doors and when first installed the doors were damaged and with broken glass; after several calls from manufacturer and home depot they finally got them in but Home depot's customer service is a failure. Do not shop here if you do not want this same experience.

Stay away from them from giving any Installation order, Given the order of installation of Blinds after 5 Business days no response from HomeDepot neither from the company to whom this job outsourced.

I will bet if find any responsible person on the phone, keep transferring the phone and after sometimes call automatically get the disconnect.

Last year we sat down reluctantly with an AMAZING designer who shared my name. She was soft spoken and very friendly. Debra made me feel comfortable we hit it off immediately. My husband is guarded, but she won him over. We eventually went through the process of upgrading our kitchen. When the pandemic hit, it delayed the progression. Debra has been dependable, flexible, professional the whole process. It's a long journey, but we just got our cabinets installed recently. Debra didn't just do her job as a designer. After we were complete with her portion, she has listened and interceded with my complaints, delivery delays and questions. My husband and I couldn't have ask for anyone better! I pray she stays at Home Depot and gets promoted. She is worth it!

I can’t say enough about these wonderful folks. Everything was as promised. Excellent pricing and quality product. Prompt, clean and professional installation. They truly went above and beyond. I whole heartedly recommend them!

Amazing, family-owned business. They did a bath remodel in eight days for me rather than 8 weeks that everybody else was quoting. It's because all members of the family are involved. No subcontractors. The work was meticulous, and it was done two years ago and still looks like brand new. I love these guys!

Bathroom Pros delivered what it promised. On time, great quality and VERY easy to work with. Remodels are stressful enough but when you have a solid contractor doing the work it goes by a lot easier. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
