I highly recommend Bathroom Pros for your bathroom upgrade/remodel! Pete and his team did an awesome job on our bathrooms. They came as scheduled and finished as promised. They communicated with us throughout the process to give us a heads up what to expect each day. There were no hassles, just quality work! Everything about our experience with Bathroom Pros (BP), from first meeting them at the Home Show, thoroughout the follow up discussions, pricing/scheduling and, of course, end-results were outstanding! I met with three different bathroom contractors and went with Bathroom Pros. Kristin arrived at our home and walked us through the process of remodeling two bathrooms. We felt confident in her family owned business and chose them. Bathroom Pros were exactly that - pros at remodeling bathrooms! From the outset Kristin was communicative and listened well to our needs and goals. She worked with is on design choices and asked a lot of questions to focus our vision. Pete, Koady, and the construction crew were also super communicative which we really appreciated. We would definitely hire them again!

Bathroom Pro did a awesome job. Dave and his team were great, clean, professional and friendly. I have dog they had to work around and no problem. Bathroom Pro replace 3 vanity tops and converted tub shower combo to a shower. Excellent workmanship and quality products. I have one more bath to remodel and I'll have Bathroom Pro do the work.

Kristin was very helpful, friendly, and very patient with us in picking out what we wanted. They worked around timing and did an amazing job. The workers cleaned up their work, were prompt starting and finishing the fantastic job. They were recommended by a friend of mine and I will definitely recommend them!

Bathroom Pros are truly professional pros. They are family owned and from start during the consultation, during construction through the finish they communicated throughout They not only completed the project as agreed but gave me extra service at no additional charge by putting up new lighting, mirror and medicine cabinet. They kept my house clean and protected the carpets. Everyday they vacuumed leaving the floors cleaner than when they started. They started and finished each day on time. I highly recommend Bathroom Pros!

I needed to renovate the master bathroom of my parent’s house. After getting several quotes, we went with Bathroom Pros. From beginning to end, they were a great company to work with.

Kristin came out to help us assess what we needed and wanted. She was great at answering all of our questions, even the ones that we thought of after her visit. She was always prompt in her replies and fully answered our questions. Kristin told us that the project would take about two and a half days and that is exactly how long it took.

When the project began, Hugo and the team arrived promptly and were ready to roll. Everything in their work zone was covered to ensure that dust and debris was managed. Every day they cleaned up, leaving my home and yard immaculate.

During demolition and construction, a few issues arose that needed to be addressed like some preexisting water damage to our subfloor and some mold in the wall. The team was transparent and upfront about our options to deal with them and proceed. Even with those issues, we still came in well within what I had budgeted for the project.

Honestly, they made a project I was dreaded into a breeze. I would totally work with them again. They were super professional, honest, polite, and do great work.

We met them at the Santa Clara home show and we’re impressed with Kristin‘s knowledge and guidance. We set up an appointment at our house. She came with all samples needed, and helped us to put together our plans. Costs are very clearly laid out. Once on the schedule Pete and his team arrived on time each day they were here, and work very well together to accomplish the days work. Craftsmanship is top-notch, as are the products used. Everyone we worked with is very professional and clean up was thorough. They finished two days ahead of schedule. We highly recommend this team and are grateful for all they did!

I have worked with many contractors and by far, Bathroom Pros has performed the best of all of them. They were very professional, and the final product is amazing. The communication during the project was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Most important, they stand behind the work and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. They have continued to follow up post project completion to ensure all is well.

The team at Bathroom Pros was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! We interviewed at least 10 other remodeling companies for our bathroom remodel and they were the only ones who followed through with every request and answered every question in a timely manner. Kristin left us with a preliminary quote after our first meeting. Others took weeks and we had to follow up with some of them. Kristin was amazing with last minute changes to the product line we decided to use. The schedule was followed and the job was completed faster than estimated. The team worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up every day. There was one small issue we noticed after the job was done and they came back right away and took care of it. We would highly recommend them!

Bathroom Pros did a phenomenal job with installing my new shower. They came in one morning at 7am, as scheduled, ripped out my old shower and installed the new one. The three man team worked non stop and finished the job in about 6 hours, which included cleaning up their mess. The team was very polite and professional. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and quality of both the materials and the workmanship. They are a local and family owned business to which I highly recommend.

We had Bathroom Pros work on two bathrooms. One was a complete renovation and the other was a new shower, toilet and faucet. Working with Kristin to design was delightful. She was thorough and patient to answer all our questions. Follow-up questions were encouraged and answered. Pete and his crew were so easy to work with. They showed up on time and did the demolition and install in one day as promised.The crew cleaned up as they were working and left it as clean as when the started. We met Bathroom Pros at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Their booth was front and center as you walked in. Met Pete and Kristine who are members of this family owned business. They had actual example models of Bathroom styles to look at in their booth. After talking to other vendors we decided to use Bathroom Pros. We made an appointment with Kristine for an in home consultation. She spent 4 hours with us to plan our Bathroom remodel. She presented options and samples and helped us make decisions. Provided us with a detailed quote with payment options with a time line on completion which they held to. We are so happy and satisfied with the high quality of work they did. The tile work was to perfection. Each member of the team knew exactly what to do to the smallest detail. We highly recommend Bathroom Pros.

As we are getting older, I felt it important to make the bathroom age friendly. Bathroom Pros were at a local fair and we had them come look at our bathroom. We decided to go with an entire remodel. We had non-slip flooring put in. New cabinets, sink and toilet were added.
The main thing I wanted was to remove the tub and have a walk in shower installed. Bathroom Pros pulled the tub and put in exactly what I requested. New shower walls and non-slip shower floor that is very slightly lowered, making it easy to walk in.
Since the remodel was completed a few months ago, my husband broke his leg and can’t put any weight on it for 2 month. The new shower has been ideal in this situation. I’m so glad we already had it in place when it’s needed.
Bathroom Pros came in, gave us an estimate and ordered materials. They completed tearing out old and installing new in just a few days. Very nice work. I still feel good everytime I walk in the bathroom.

The bathrooms at my parent's house were in desperate need of an update and had some flooring damage. Kristin came out and helped us pick out new floors, fixtures, showers, etc with such ease and was incredibly helpful when we had issues deciding or extra questions. The crew came and completed the work in an amazing amount of time and checked in with any questions that came up along the way. The end result was incredible with a simple and modern bathroom that is beyond our expectations. The master bath was originally dark and cramped and after it's bright and feels so much more open.
