Kevin was great. He was friendly and fixed our equipment. He gave us a fair price. Didn't try to upsale anything. Just honest service.

I called this place about 5 times over the course of three weeks. Initially they told me, not to worry, they would come out and look at my pool and hot-tub (for maintenance and initial service)... that was my first call. They said I didn't need to be home, as long as they had access to my pool. I left the side door open for a week. Nobody came by. I called the following week and left a message for "service" twice. Again, I was told, they would come by... nobody did.
Finally, after a few more calls, we confirm that Friday 23rd 2022 somebody would come in the morning. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate. Nobody called or came by. Again, I called this week... and was sent... again to voice mail... and again... nobody has called back.
It's apparent to me now, that they do not need/want anymore business and it would have been professional to tell me so, instead of wasting my time.

I manage a large community in Tracy, and it took years of trial and error to finally find a company that you can rely on. KLM is just that. Knowledgeable, punctual, honest and detailed oriented. They've made my job a breeze. Thank you, KLM!

Best pool repair and service around. Kevin is nice and really knows his stuff. Replaced my pool heater and had it done same day. Have had him do a pump, wiring and drain and clean my pool. All perfect!

Having a pool pump go out right at the beginning of summer is terrible. Having KLM as a local service provider is great. Fast response and professional service. This was installed by someone else but they helped with warranty service and got this swapped out!

During the shelter in place orders, I wanted to use my hot tub, which hasn’t worked in over a year and a half. I was unsure about anyone coming to my home to do repairs. I decided to go local and schedule with KLM. Kevin was knowledgeable and professional and was able to fix the problem immediately. True professionals! Highly recommend to friends and family. KLM Pool Services made my concerns a priority. As busy as they were, they returned my call the same day; came out ran a diagnostic on inoperable pool pump the following day; provided pump options; and had me up and running on day promised. My pool looks great!!

Due to operator error and mechanical malfunction, my pool was getting green. I tried to get rid of it on my own and nothing worked. KLM came to my rescue! Practically overnight the green was gone. With in a week, my pool was - & still is crystal clear and a perfect shade of blue! They are professional, courteous , quick and reasonably priced. Lance (and Cole too) are awesome! They did such a great job, I signed up for regular service. They don't upsell or push for extra $$. They explain what is going on, and how they will fix the problem . I know I'm gushing, but it is so refreshing to deal with people who are perfectionists and understand customer service!

I recently had a pool remodeled and shopped around for a reliable pool servicing company. After talking to a few companies I selected KLM. The owner was responsive to all my questions and explained things in laymen's terms. They have been servicing my pool for 2 months now and I have no complaints.
