Extremely frustrating experience. I had to call multiple times just to get an update on a service start date. Ended up having my husband stop by in person because we kept getting the runaround over the phone. We were given several different dates for when their service manager would come check out our pool—but no one ever showed up. Not worth the headache trying to get them to do their job.
