made appointment with me for House cleaning the day they supposed to come for cleaning they didn't show up and when I called them they blocked my number.

Norma and her team are amazing. Very friendly and do a fantastic job.

Forgot to put us on the schedule after confirming with her days in advance and didn’t show up, rescheduled only for her to be so many hours late that we had to reschedule again, then claimed she showed up on time and no one answered the door (never heard a knock) and left 5 minutes after the agreed upon time because she said she had another appointment to get to and when we called to ask where she was she hung up on us.

Norma and her assistant really helped me out of a jam. They were on time, very thorough. I would highly recommend there services!

Norma’s team did an amazing job with my home. This is my second time using her services and look forward to working with her weekly from here on out.

She Waste my 2 days, not on time at all she say 10 minutes and comes after 1 hour and blames the traffic 😏 last day I wait almost 6 hours and end of the day she changed the time again and finally she said call another company. She only wants cash… waste of time don’t call her

Worst experience ever. DO NOt Clean allow them to clean your home. This ladies especially Norma she is very bad lady. They don’t clean your home good. They don’t even clean the doors, the kitchen good. First I asked them to clean 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms but suddenly my one of the master bedroom was close. I ask the lady to reduce the price she said ok it will be less. When they come tp my home to clean they are charging me the room then was closed. I asked them this bedroom you don’t even clean bc it’s closed but they don’t listen. And START Threatening me that they will call the police if I did not give the whole money. SO I’m highly requesting everyone DO NOT Clean your home from them they will threat you and leave the home messy. Be aware of this NORMA she is crazy lady.

Norma is professional, reliable, friendly and affordable. Norma does an amazing job every time she cleans my house. She is always on time and when she leaves, the house is spotless clean. I would recommend Norma 1000 times.
