Both of my wall heater went bad. Yesterday Landlord call Manny's heating & air. Tommy showed up within 1hr of call. This morning Tommy and associate(forgot to ask name), showed up 10min before the aggred time and started working. They put 2 brand new wall heater and 2 new thermostat within 2 hrs.Tommy, you rock. Thx for doing such a great work. He and his associate was a good team. House is heated now.

Could not be "cooler." This repairman fixed my ac unit (which was just a blown fuse) when I could not figure out what was wrong. He was friendly, timely, and even though his schedule was busy (summer season with triple digits) he managed to fit me in. I'm so happy that I do not have to endure uncomfortable temperatures anymore! Manny has made me a customer for life! Reasonable prices, not gouging like other companies charge for work that is incomplete. He made sure that he checked every part to make sure that when he left that there were no other underlying issues that would prevent me ( my kids and cat) from enjoying the ac.

Cannot begin to recommend enough to go here for repair, maintenance, or replacement! GO HERE. I have done other companies and wish I hadn't, trust me here, and choose Manny.

Very impressed with quick response to my email. Especially over a holiday weekend. Manny was very professional and just seemed like a nice honest man. He knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed the problem in no time. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call him again if a problem should arise in the future.

3:30 on a hot day looking ahead at a 3 day 4th of July weekend. I thought I better get in a reservation for as soon as possible. My central a/c was down and the temperature was rising fast. Great customer service! Manny is the best! I thought i needed to replace my entire AC unit, he came out and it was only a wire. Best thing about it -- He didn't even charge me! Thank you again Manny!
