Our old package a/c unit finally gave up and died. Called Baker on Wednesday and Le came out on Friday. Le confirmed our unit was indeed dead. A new Lennox package unit was instilled on Monday. Five days from phone call to installation. What service. This Lennox is so much better than our old unit even when it was new. They even loaned us two portable ac units to keep us cool until the new unit was installed. I would recommen Baker Heating for any HVAC work you may need.

This is a great company that will come out as soon as possible to help you with whatever problem you might be having. They are fair priced and are very friendly and family-like. I will call them again for my next project or if the need for another repair arises. Great employees, very knowledgeable! Highly recommend

Baker's Heating and Air has nothing but stand up people, quality technicians and a great front office! My girlfriend was in a situation where she rented at a place that hadn't had hvac maintenance on the system in quite some time! Only to find out she had disconnected ducts in her attic space!! Certain room wouldn't get heat and Baker's figured it out! I am thankful they came out and helped her while I was out of town!

We live in the Brentwood and after having 2 other local companies give us a bid for a new hvac unit. They weren’t the most expensive unit like Costco was and they weren’t the cheapest either. Right there in the middle. They installed a Lennox hybrid unit since we have solar. They Installed it in 2 days and did the aeroseal on the 3rd day on our ductwork was leaking a lot. Now we only have 2% air loss in our home. Can’t wait to save money this summer. Thank you!

The maintenance crew was flexible on scheduling the appointment. They should me where the filter is located and how to change the filter every 3 to 4 months, based on the color of the filter and where to buy the most reasonable filters price

Wonderful company to work with! In addition to all our register boots/cans leaking horribly, we had rodents get into our ductwork under the house, after getting all entries sealed they came out and braved the horrible tight crawlspace and did amazing work. Laid down several drop cloths to help prevent crawl space mud from getting everywhere, which helped A LOT. Cleaned the walls and doors at the end of the day, cleaned the mud off my porch and drive way. Did just an amazing job fixing the cans/boots the ducting connects to. I’m so excited to have clean air circulating through my home again and no more air leaking through my ductwork!

Everyone I interacted with from start to finish were helpful, kind, polite, positive, and informative. Answered all my 10,000 questions and I’m very thankful for it! 5 stars isn’t enough stars, A++++ company. Will use them for any HVAC needs in the future

If I could give the Baker team a 10 out of 10, I would. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, courteous company to fix your AC problems BEFORE the 100 degrees temps, these are the guys! They fast, honest, fair, and most importantly they listen to your needs. Do yourself a favor and call the Baker team as they helped me and there is no doubt they would help you.

I was in a bind during the hottest part of the summer and my kids rooms would not cool down. I called Baker’s and they responded right out. They were able to figure out and solve the issue without trying to upsell me or up the price since they came immediately out. They are an A+, true family owned company that I trust! They provided amazing service with great prices and knowledgeable, professional, and friendly employees. I would highly recommend this local company.

Kahanu with Bakers is top notch in my opinion. I sent him a message and he got back to me fairly quickly. He sent me his number and we texted about my problem. He told me exactly what I needed to know and knew what the problem was. Unfortunately I was not able to do business with him because I was able to get it done under warranty. But I would highly recommend him and use him in the future for any air/heating needs.

AC went out four days ago and I normally would have called my normal shop but a friend said they had used Baker and had a great experience with them so I took the chance and called. They offered to come out the same day after I told them our AC went out 4 days ago. With the current heat wave and knowing several friends who were is the same situation I know every must be busy so I said we could wait til morning. Lee gave me a text and forecasted his arrival time and having a little experience I had everything ready to go for him with the cover panel removed. Since our system is old and my fear was that I would be told I needed a new system and it couldn't be fixed. Lee took the time to explain what he thought needed to be done both long term and short term and why. He said he would get us up and running but our time was limited as our system is 23 years old. No high pressure sales just kept it honest and simple. He was done in about 35 min and for $250 I was able to know everything I needed to know moving forward and got the repair done and a working AC. Very good experience with Baker and Lee and since I appreciate reviews I thought I would share to help someone else make that phone call with confidence. Great customer service!

I absolutely love this place. Great customer service and fast response to your problems. Both my A/C and furnace went out. One on the summer and one on the winter when I needed it most. They came out and fixed my A/C in the summer and Furnace in the winter at very reasonable prices. Most people will try to get over but they're very honest and helpful and I haven't had any issues with my A/C nor Furnace since that time. They even followed up with my days after to see how my equipment was working. Great business to work with I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Baker was very attentive to our issue and got us in next day even during the heat wave.

They were on time, and the crew was polite and knowledgeable. The issue was a bit more complex but they were able to get the part within hours and get us up and running.

My air conditioner died the 4th of July holiday week when it was over 100 each day! UGH!
Dustin and Jakob were able to come out the same day and determine what needed to be done. They were, polite, kind, and patient while explaining the next steps. They even brought over a portable AC unit to get us through to install day!!
On the day of install they arrived on time, kept me apprised of the status and when done, cleaned up the area 100%.
I enjoyed working with Baker and would recommend them for your HVAC needs.

With the hot weather on the way, our machine stopped working. I called this morning and Dustin arrived in the afternoon! That is service. He solved the problem quickly and didn’t even charge us for the service call. We have been customers of Bakers for over 8 years. Bakers is a trustworthy company due to its workers and the company’s work ethic. Much appreciated! We recommend this company highly.

Forty year old ductwork was failing. I had become dissatisfied with the company that had installed my hvac ten years ago so I wanted to make sure to shop around. A friend recommended Baker’s. I was comfortable when Le came out for my first quote. I asked if I needed the extensive work that had been recommended or just duct work. Indeed, I did not. The job was scheduled quickly. Jakob & Pedro spent two days under the house and in the attic. On the second day they didn’t leave until the job was finished and everything cleaned up. They were respectful and on time. Work just completed so it hasn’t been inspected yet but I’m confident that will go smoothly.
