This place is ABSOLUTE TRASH I called on Friday made an appointment for Tuesday and no one showed up or called so I called them and left a message to see if maybe something went wrong and still nobody bothered to return my call. If there customer service is this bad I can only imagine how bad their repair work is...

These guys are awesome, Brad came out on a Friday to check out our air and told us parts needed to be ordered and we were absolutely sure they wouldn't be back till the following week to fix it, but bright and early Saturday morning they were here to with part in hand to fix our air , I thank you and my kids thank you guys for being so quick , kind and efficient in this 100 degree weather, you guys are awesome, these people are kind , courteous, quick and efficient, thank you again !

Dell's is my go-to whenever the need strikes- which is usually at the most inconvenient times! Dell and his team always respond quickly and make time for us.

Established an appointment through Home Advisor including an email from Dells with a date and time. Took the day off of work, no call, no show. Still no A/C three days later awaiting another company. Mailbox is full for calls and no answer for emails sent to Dells. Unprofessional!

They showed up when they said they would and gave me some options to choose from and explained the pros and cons of each decision... they finished in a timely manner with no mess left behind in my home. The one thing that sticks with me is when city inspectors came by to sign off on the permit for the job performed, I overheard them comment that it was a good job.. would highly recommend to anyone.

I had to wait for PG&E to check my furnace which was lit, but not turning on; I called two of the big firms in the area and could not even get a return call. I called Dell's, they worked me in the morning of their company party. My tech, Brad called when he was on the way, showed up when he said he would and cleaned basically a hairball out of my furnace which then kicked right on and is continuing without problem. And, they only charged me for a routine service call - - thanks!

Dell and his team are top notch, they respect your property when servicing our HVAC systems. We call on them twice a year to inspect our systems and change out the filters. Maintain your system this way we never have to call them in an emergency.

Used Dell’s several times, won’t go with any others. 1st is all of his guys are top notch knowledgeable technicians. Everyone has always been respectful and honest. His pricing is great. They don’t try to over sell. Always on time and they pick up after themselves. Not one issue.....best in town for sure!

I honestly had not experienced anything like Dells Service. They are truly a full service AC and Heating company but they go beyond and make sure you are happy and they follow up. They are timely and very easy to work with. They find ways to make it as least expensive but with high Quality and I like that very much. I would recommend these guys anytime and i use them for all properties.

Called Dell's heating after noticing part of our ducting was disconnected. They promptly found me an appointment the next morning and had their team out to fix the problem quickly. The repairmen, Jose & Kevin, were both respectful, informed, and fast workers. Once completed they had shown me pictures of the repair as well as informing me of any concerns they had about the duct overall that we should be on the look out for.

The cherry on top was that their prices are very competitive and they'll only charge you based on what was needed for the job. In my instance they gave a price range for the repair but once they were out they realized it was simpler than originally thought. The ending cost was on the lowest end of the range originally quoted which was a happy surprise and shows there is a level of trust deserved by their actions. Definitely worth checking out if you need HVAC services.

This is the way it should be. With the amount of money you spend on HVAC, things can get blurred with how much you should be spending. The quotes I got from other companies seemed a bit used car salesman-ish and I wasn’t looking to go into debt. I got Dells referral from a friend and I instantly knew these were the guys I wanted to go with. Straight and to the point. Other company’s spent over an hour pretending to go through my entire system wasting my time and putting their company stickers on everything. but I felt they only cared about locking me into debt and weren’t concerned about what was best for me. Dells heating and air, initial inspection took 10mins, in and out knew what they were talking about gave me solid expert peace of mind with the sole purpose of providing the best options for me and NOT locking me into debt. I got a quote through email a day later with the right price. Zach, who did the initial inspection, wasn’t a sales man, he was the crew lead of the job and worked the job all the way through with his crew and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Labor backed by a 5 year warranty and equipment backed by 10 year warranty, you just can’t go wrong with these guys.

I've used Dell's Heating and Air several times. They have proven to be honest, great priced, and efficient. A few months back I had them replace the condensing unit and coil then today my downstairs heater wasn't working. I called and they were able to send a technician out in an hour and the problem was fixed. I will always use Dell's Heating and Air for my HVAC needs.
