He also mentioned adding Freon in the paperwork, but when I looked it up afterwards, I confirmed that no Freon was added. It's likely he still billed our warranty company for this unnecessary work.

Lastly, it's worth noting that the company lacked basic professionalism. There were no labeled work trucks, uniforms, or a website. The technicians seemed to use Google Voice numbers, with one of their voicemails being full.
