John Clausen installed a heating unit under out home 12 years ago.. we have hired a licensed Rowland Air to reoace it..John did not vent our heater..He made it looked like it was vented..the entire time it was venting under our home..he could have killed our entire family..He should be in jail..DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY…

Chris and Federico worked on replacing the unit in my apartment. They were super efficient, fast and informative. Made sure to keep my home clean as they were working which is what you want as a successful company; Is mindful employees. Thank you gentlemen, good work.

I called Owens Heating & AC upon a recommendation from friends who live nearby. Chris was able to come out the next day after I called. We recently moved in and assumed the AC had not had maintenance in a while so we just wanted to get it checked out in general & buy us some more time before having to replace it.
Chris opened and cleaned out our condenser unit, added some drainage holes which were missing from the bottom pan, and refilled the coolant (which was 4 lbs low!). I appreciate not being up-sold or told I should replace the air conditioner despite its age! Chris was able to confirm things are running well with this older AC. We chatted about the different refrigerant types and what to expect with upcoming environmental regulations regarding new HVAC equipment in the future. I'd definitely recommend this company and will be calling them when it's time to finally replace this older system. Thanks!

I called upon it at 8:30 and he showed up 30 minutes later just like you said. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and told me exactly how he can fix it. He did so for a very fair price and I would highly recommend you call him to fix your AC.

I had called some other company to give me a estimate on fixing my ac unit and they said it cant be fixed and wanted thousands of dollars to replace it. I called siberia and they came on the same day and fixed it for a few hundred dollars. They were extremely professional and quickly resolved the issue. They are now my go to for any future issues i might have.

My ac and thermostat weren’t working on one of the hottest of the summer and I called this company and they came the same day and fixed all my issues for a very good price. They gave me a free estimate while other places tried charging just to come see the problem. I will certainly choose them for ac issues again.

I highly recommend this company. This a professionally run family business. I had my ac break down in the heat of summer, and Siberia AC showed up, quoted me, and then installed a new ac unit along w thermostats. I did not feel fleeced at all. The company systematically comes over to inspect and replace my filters as well. Great people.

Highly recommend Levon and his son. If they didn’t pick up the phone, they returned my call within the hour. From my observation, they cared more about doing a good job than making the cash:-). Overall-very nice people.

Though I really wanted to like Lev and his service he lied to me on the price of the unit and his fees charging me way over than the entire service runs commercially. I also felt he had a crush on me because he kept sending me rose 🌹 emojis. It made me feel uncomfortable. His son who was extremely professional and does most the work for Lev did a superb job. All I wanted was an honest company that didn’t make up story upon story to justify their fees. Do your due diligence beforehand.
