From start to finish Water Heaters Only, Inc was very helpful in listening and providing all I needed to replace my water heater. Very courteous and did the job very professionally. Tony the technician was amazing! He did a wonderful job did not take long at all. The price is the best! for the exceptional work!

When it was time to replace my water heater I contacted a few different places and ended up using Water Heaters Only...and I'm glad I did. Max D. was the technician who did the installation at my house and he was awesome. Not only was he professional and knowledgable, he was also a very nice guy who clearly took great pride in his work. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the company.

Our water heater started making loud noises and then died -- it needed to be replaced. After doing research and reading reviews across multiple sites, I decided to go with Water Heaters Only, and I'm soooo happy I did. I spoke with Phil and he kindly walked me through my options and answered all of my questions before scheduling an appointment for that afternoon. With that first interaction I immediately knew I chose the right company.

The technician, Max, contacted me and showed up right on schedule. He was so kind, honest, patient and personable and explained in detail what he was going to do. He even worked to get us a discount because our water heater was outside and easily accessible. It only took Max about three hours to get everything installed and secured. Plus, he fixed the metal storage compartment so that the door could finally close! After he was done he showed me how to light the pilot in case it ever goes out and provided me with contact information just in case I needed anything else.

When our water heater started leaking, we looked at several different companies. We decided to go with Water Heaters Only.
We spoke to Cyrus on the phone who was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable.
We spoke to him on Sunday at 1:30pm and were surprised when he said he could have an installer out that evening.
Max arrived around 5pm and explained everything that needed to be done for the installation. He was very knowledgeable and empathetic to our needs and even helped to get us a discount on the entire installation, which was greatly appreciated.
It was amazing how fast (3 hours) and expertly he installed the new water heater. He did little things only an extreme professional would do or even think to do.
After the install he took the time to show me how to light the pilot in case it ever goes out. He assured me to not hesitate to call if I needed any future help.
He placed a label on the new water heater with all the needed information for future reference
He left my garage spotless when he was done.
