Thank you Tony for your professional job on our water heater replacement. We thought we were going to have an awful weekend with a leaking water heater. But Tony saved the day by promptly replacing our leaking 50 gallon tank in 2 hours on Friday. It looks very nice and we were very happy. Thanks again for the great service.

I recommend them highly. From the first contact they made it easy and I had a new water heater within a day. Max, the service technician, was 100% in all categories. Nice guy, knowledgeable, fast and the end result was a new water heater with everything cleaned up (probably cleaner than before). I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Max was amazing today. I called Water Heaters Only at 10:30 this morning and I had a new water heater that day. Mac knew exactly what we needed and what needed a bit of updating since the last water heater we got from this same company over a decade ago. We’ll be back again, for sure, hopefully not until the late 2030s! Thanks for the great work! In case you can’t tell, I highly recommend this company, try to get Max, he’s great!

First off Cyrus is very helpful and I recommend trying this company. Secondly, I didn't utilize their services on actually fixing my heater but mainly due to my heater being old, but Cyrus provided some insight and provided me direction on what to do even though he cannot assist me. He also provided me a cost estimate just in case I still needed his assistance in the near future.

10/10 service! The company stayed in constant communication and even gave me a tracker so I could update and see how far away my technician was. TT my technician was great!! quick and tidy and he explained a few things to me as i do not know how water heaters work. great service! 10/10

I had no hot water and called Water Heaters Only. I needed a new tankless water heater. Max was assigned to my house and did a wonderful job. He was thorough, conscientious and explained everything in layman’s terms . I would highly recommend their service and especially Max to do the work.

Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and smart were some of the attributes that Max exhibited in the job today. I had a water heater go out in a rental and Max was able to diagnose and replace the 13 year old water heater with a new one in a very tight spot amid difficult outdoor working conditions. Julian communicated clearly about when he would arrive, arrived promptly, had all necessary equipment, was patient and friendly and answered all my myriad questions with expertise. He was kind, tolerant, and worked efficiently. Above all he was careful to take care of my property, and went above and beyond for the most intelligent installation. If I could choose any technician in the world, it would be Julian.

After 23 year, I call the emergency number on my water heater. I received a pick-up in minutes and a schedule to checkout the problem within 30 minutes. A Technician name Max Diament came by to checkout the problem. He explained the problem and suggested a replacement. Explained the removal and installation of the new water heater and worked it to perfection. He is one excellent and friendly technician and I highly recommend Water Heater Only Inc and especially Max Diament (224018) for all of your services.

I needed my tankless water replaced. Max Diament came out and gave me several options and explained the differences. He seemed very knowledgeable. When Max came out to help with my existing 75 gallon tank which was 25 yrs old, he didn't try to sell me a tankless water heater and he didn't scare me to think that mine was gonna explode any second.
He is personable, honest and has the best work ethic.
He worked so hard into the evening to get the system working before my holiday quests arrived.
I would recommend him to everyone!!!

I really liked Tony! He was so personable and not trying to sell me. Our water heater was done for. There wasn’t much to discuss because it was obvious it needed to be replaced NOW. I gave four stars instead of five because of the price. It had been almost 9 years since our last WH, and I know that prices have risen rather dramatically on everything. But it was still a surprise to hear the price. Tony gets 5 stars, though.

Had to replace our old gas water heater and was looking for more efficient options. I was able to get a quick appointment with Max who walked me through options and we ultimately decided on a heat pump water heater. The install was a little tricky due to space limitations, but Max did a fantastic job and our new water heater is working great.

Max was our service person. He was kind, respectful and took his time to explain all our options for replacing our water heater and the process for doing so. He was meticulous in ensuring everything was correct and we understood the work that was done. He was Amazing!! We are very pleased!!
