My wife ran out of hot water in the shower shortly before company arrived to celebrate my birthday. I saw 10 flashing red lights and called Water Heaters Only. I spoke to Kristen at 12:49 pm and our technician arrived at 1:10 pm. Tony determined we needed a new gas control valve on our 14 month-old Bradford White. He replaced it in a few minutes, got the correct green code flashing, and we had plenty of hot water again in 35 minutes. Thanks, to Kristen and Tony, for saving a special day with a minimum of cost and inconvenience. We had a very pleasant party.

Response was quick, same day. After Paul provided good info to help us decide to replace our 8-year old, popping water heater, Toa arrived as scheduled and was excellent. The final installed work (plumbing, earthquake straps) is a marked improvement over the previous installation, and he also left the area very clean.

Our experience with Max was top-notch. He was professional, thorough, and was committed to solving the issue with our water heater as quickly as possible.

We were extremely pleased with the service by Water Heaters Only, Inc. Our technician, Toa Tau, was very professional. He called us to tell us what time he would arrive, and he was here right on time. He worked efficiently, carefully and kept the areas neat. He was thoughtful about working around our necessary activities and was always kind and pleasant. Toa kept us informed of how soon the job would be completed, and he finished and tested the system right on time. He left the area completely clean, and we were very happy customers!

I called WHO at 9:30 AM for a quote to replace my water heater which had reached the end of it’s life. Toa and Christian responded to my home in Torrance by noon. They were professional, courteous, and best of all never complained when my 2 dogs came over to try and “help”. I would recommend WHO to anybody needing to replace their water heater.

Tony is fantastic and did a wonderful job repairing my water heater. He took the time to show me what broke in my water heater and even gave me tips on cleaning the tank. His service was excellent, prompt. In fact, the company really did their best to provide me with fast and excellent service. I highly recommend this company and Tony.

This was my second time using Water Heaters Only - my first at this property. On both occasions, they did a great job. Yesterday Max D came out and replaced my old water heater. He explained everything to me, and I learned a lot about how water heaters work, particularly the safety features. He went above and beyond to keep me informed and answered all my questions. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced and I could tell he takes pride in his work. WHO, you have a great employee in Mac D!

WONDERFUL, SIMPLY WONDERFUL!
This was not going to be an easy installation. Our water heater is located in the basement of our 75 years old ranch style home in La Canada. Tony Edwards was Masterful in removing the old water heater up the flight of stairs "Single Handedly", then moving the "New" unit back down those creaking old wooded stairs. The new installation needed to be brought up to all the new CA regulations, which Tony did. The job was Quick, Clean, Hassle Free and at a reasonable price.

I know this 5 star review is long overdue. Wanted to make sure during this time to recognize Mike C., who was professional from start to finish. Considering the weird late working hours, and the challenge ahead of him, he took it with stride! Evidence of him working those hours in late October 2019, in cold Glendale in the photos you can see his pride and talent in making our new water boiler work for 12 happy condo residents! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Water Heaters Only. When my water heater went out on a Sunday, I was worried about finding reliable service quickly. Max is a very detailed individual that I can see he loves his work and what he does. He is very thorough throughout beginning to the end of the process even to the point there was no cleanup that was left behind whatsoever. Even to the point there was not even a fingerprint on the water heater it was done immaculately Max has an employee and your company I will highly recommend to anyone that is in need of service which I have already have. At first I thought I was paying a little bit too much but after seeing the work done definitely well worth it thank you both Max and your company continue on your service is fantastic.

Our water heater started leaking, and my neighbor recommended this company. We have a bit of a complicated setup since they needed to climb two sets of stairs, including a spiral staircase, to dispose the old water heater and bring up a new one.

It wasn’t an issue for them. Tony the lead tech was very kind, respectful, and timely. He was very mindful of our request to wear booties in the house and was very knowledgeable and thorough to answer our questions.

At the end of the installation, I paid the exact price I was given prior to the installation. Alexis was patient, courteous and professional.
