I called rooter patrol because of the $49 promotion the plumber tried to unclog the drain but some point snaking did not work he recommended camera inspection to locate the problem after camera inspection the problem was much bigger, the main sewer pipe was broken causing back up. Paying for the camera to look for the issue was totally worth it and then the company credited camera inspection charge at the end. They were very professional with proof of images. I am very impressed with their customer cost. They are a very reliable company.

I had called Rooter Patrol Plumbing for a clogged drain after a horrible visit from another plumber. They sent out Jose within one hour, and he was so helpful and such a pleasure when he arrived. He was able to address our issue very painlessly, and got it fixed immediately. Not only was Jose and his team able to help us out with our problem, they were all extremely professional and accommodating.
Since then, any problem that we've had, Jose has immediately come out and helped us fix the problem as soon as possible. The entire experience, starting with the office staff, has been so pleasant and painless! Everyone is extremely professional, helpful and very considerate. I would highly, highly, recommend this company!

UPDATE: The problem recurred. I texted videos to the new technician Andre per his request. He said he would send the report to warranty company.
After several days they said they had not received it.
They then said the plumber at Rooter reported there was no issue.
Liar. I had to reopen another claim and pay another fee to get a 3rd plumber out, who then fixed the simple issue.

The only issue I had with the company was scheduling without the slightest communication to either let me know when or to coordinate with my availability. Part of the communication issue is the home warranty company, First American. That is an issue for a different review.
The technician Jose, arrived on time, was cordial and communicated clearly, and actually fixed the problem.
This was a redo, since the first plumber, Capitol Plumbing, was a disaster, so I requested another contractor.
Very satisfied with the work and the technician.

I am so happy 😊. I called my homeowners insurance because my daughters toilet was clogged again. This was the 3 times in two years. Other plummers would just snake the toilet and tell me that's all they could do. Triple S. Plumbing actually took time to determine why the toilet kept getting clogged and fixed it. They brought in a hydro jet and used high-pressure water to clear my pipes. Then they went in with a camera to make sure everything was clear. They even let me watch the camera go through the pipe while flushing the toilet so I could see that the pipe was clear. Then Val explained why this happened. Low pressure toilets can only handle toilet paper. So people nothing but toilet paper. No wipes, no paper towels, and especially no feminine products, even if they say flushable.

If your home warranty company calls this company to come out and service your work order BE AWARE!! They provided me with a report and then created a separate report that they sent to my home Warranty company. Causing my home warranty company to not cover the a leaky pipe.

I know they created another report because I kept my copy of the original and got sent the the fraudulent report by my home warranty company.

This company is contracted through my home warranty and one of their technicians came out to look at my tenant’s water heater. After a 5 minute inspection, he left and called me to inform me that the heater, which has been properly maintained and has been problem-free for the past 9 years, was installed incorrectly and for that reason he cannot work on it. In 2015 (last time it had issues), another plumbing company said the same thing and “installed it correctly” for a fee of $900. I’m not sure how installation, whether correct or not, has any effect on the repair for a unit that worked fine for 9 years, but I guess I’m missing something. Definitely a waste of my time
