Jack was fantastic! After our kitchen renovation, we were in need of a sink and garbage disposal hookup. Jack came to save the day and then some! We had a small leak from an older valve which jack quickly replaced and helped us diagnose a few other issues. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to speak with. Jack is amazing! First time using his services. He came the next day. Replaced kitchen faucet and leaky outside hose bib (this was found after initial call for kitchen) fixed it same day anyway! I had Jack from Jackteck Plumbing Services come out to my house during my kitchen renovation, and he did an incredible job! He installed my new drop-in stainless steel sink, completed all the plumbing, hooked up the garbage disposal with a countertop button, and reinstalled my dishwasher perfectly. Jack also installed my new wall-mounted microwave, range hood vent, and reconnected my gas range. He was professional, thorough, and communicated with me every step of the way. I’m beyond happy with the work he did—my new kitchen looks beautiful and everything works perfectly. Highly recommend!

Jackteck Plumbing is top notch! Jack installed all my plumbing as part of a kitchen remodel and while on site, he noticed that my water heater was on its last legs. He provided me with a verbal quote in the event I wanted to ever replace my water heater. As my kitchen install was done so well, 8 months later, I called him and he honored his verbal quote and the work is perfect!

Jack is amazing!! We called him late in the day, the Friday going into a holiday weekend, and he came over immediately to fix a leak in our main water pipe. He also told us that the $3600 quote our home warranty's contracted plumber told us for replacing the 10-foot pipe was not only too expensive but totally unnecessary. Jack said he could repair the existing copper pipe and it would be water-tight for many years, for 10% of what the other guys were trying to get!! Wild. Jack is HONEST, efficient, friendly and reliable. He shows up when he says he will and does what is required for a reasonable price. We will absolutely be making Jack our go-to plumber from now on!!

JackTeck is the unclog wizard that saved my day and my house! I was nervous that my 91 year old Aunt flushed kitchen paper towels down the la toilettes as water backed up in the shower as well. Found JackTeck on google, with good reviews. Called Jack and he came right away, inspecting the scene. He felt the clog was at a certain spot and cleared the drain and other clogs while he was there. Within 30 minutes, the water was flowing! Thank you Jack for teaching your philosophy of plumbing while getting the job done! Btw, Jack gave me a great price for his services.

Website quotes $49 drain cleaning plus 10% discount for first customers. Plumber was here a total of 20mins from hello to goodbye and only had to remove the drain strain plate in the shower to get access. They charged me $159 but after I complained they haggled down with the 10% discount to $143. These guys are crooks, don't use them at all. I have learned my lesson to check around. He claimed it was because they had to remove the drain cover it was an extra $100. Are you kidding me? It takes two philips screws and 20 seconds. He actually worked less than 8mins and snaked it for maybe 30 seconds.

I found another plumber that guarantees $49 to snake ANY DRAIN.

I will never use these guys again.

Only hope word gets around enough so they can't make a living off of scamming 1st time customers.

Bait and switch crooks!

I had a stubborn clog in my bathroom drain and they cleared the blockage using professional tools and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The pricing was reasonable, and the service was excellent.

My water heater stopped working, and the technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed in no time. Now my water heater is running perfectly again. Highly recommend them water heater issues!

Came out July, 2022. Water backing up in kitchen. Use camera, stated problem with pipes. Stated had to dig up pipes from back to driveway. Did not get any permits which learning now less than 2 years later because same problem. Have to get the work done again because learning wasn't done right. Paid $11,000 and now have to pay $13,000 to correct this problem. Told by present plumber they have guarantee and will not complete until city inspector come out and sign off. Called to get plumber's license but was told they are just the Dispatch and do not have their License. Also, letterhead gives his name Andre A., no last name and Stationary doesn't show license #. He took message and will have him call back. I will wait on that and will keep you posted. BEWARE!

My husband and I had the misfortune of having to deal with this company through our home warranty. We had a few plumbing issues, but the biggest was that our kitchen faucet was leaking down below the sink, so water was pooling under the sink. The first red flag with Rooter Patrol is that they scheduled an appointment with us without checking to see if we were available. Then, their technician came out and did not fix two of our issues, so we had to get them to come back. We called them every day for almost a week before they acknowledged that they had received a work order to return, then scheduled our appointment for more than two weeks in the future. When that day finally arrived, they simply did not send anybody out, so we had to reschedule AGAIN. This whole time, water was dripping under our sink, which was very stressful for us. Then, after they finally sent someone out, more than a month after we placed our initial request, they submitted a false report to our home warranty company saying there was nothing wrong with our kitchen faucet and we just wanted it replaced because we didn't like the way it looked. It is simply astonishing that a company would lie like that! BEWARE!
