Horrible service. called and was quoted get to the store and price is $40 more than quoted. I ask the guy and he says I don't know what to tell you. way un professional. Also checked out a Panel $20 ar hone depot $37 here way over priced and zero help.

This location had what I needed and got me in and back to the job quickly. Their tool selection was great!

The owner, Josh is not your average electrician. Not only is he more knowledgeable, being able to work with low voltage/security/and some IT, but he is very meticulous and honest and it shows in the the way he trains his staff.
Everybody is friendly and knows their stuff.

I highly recommend North Valley Electric, Josh’s crew arrived early, completed the job (installing 5 ceiling fans with lights) and cleaned up before they left. The install was difficult due to no crawl space between floors due to some challenges with how our house was built. They stuck to the original amount quoted. Working out of town, I needed a replacement motor starter. Platt's had what i needed and were friendly, efficient and no hassles.

Guys just say there eating their jack in the box when I walked up to the register. Asked about a Buchanan terminal block and he said we don’t have those, which is not his fault. I then asked about dielectric grease and he looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I spent 80$ bucks and the dude acted like I was more of a nuisance to him than a customer. I guess bald brace face guy had better things to do.
