Called to book an appointment and some guy named Bruce acted like I was a massive inconvenience for asking. I'm sure they do perfectly fine work but bad service in my only experience.

Kirkes Assisted my company with installing emergency exit lighting and moving power outlets around the office docility to better accommodate our needs. they did an amazing job.

I tried calling twice to ask for an appointment to troubleshoot my home’s dryer outlet issue and was transferred to a voicemail box to schedule a residential appointment and left detailed messages each time. No response. I’ve heard they do great work but can’t get a call back. Also I’d leave open the possibility that they can’t find workers right now in a tight labor market.
