Randy is super knowledgeable and very nice.

Prompt to my call.. They came in and had to hunt around to find a bad outlet, totally away from problem area.. Will use them again!

Randy did a great job installing our new LED lights in my waiting room. It was not the easiest to access but he did a marvelous job. I could not recommend Randy more. He went above and beyond and stayed until the job was done. Thank you Randy. Thank you Acme.

Oh man these guys are Awesome! Each time we've called them they have been available.

These guys have come ready to fix any issues we've had instantly. We needed new wires ran, new plugs installed.. let's see what else, oh we had our main panel go out a few times they've come by and handled that AND at late hours too!!

The office is awesome. Very friendly and got everything set up for us quickly. Whether we had a question or needed to set up an appt theyve done a great job of taking care of us.

Terrible experience. The technician said he was sensitive to smells so he wore a mask and then said there was a smell and he could not do the work even with a window open. I called another electrical company and they came out 2 hours later and they didn’t notice a smell they did the work that he refused to do. I had a repair man the day before who didn’t say there was a smell. I think the technician just didn’t want to do the work but wanted to make extra money charging for travel time. The company charges for the distance called labor, the biggest part of the bill. He was here for about 20 minutes and I got charged for 1.5 hours, for travel time. He did do one part of the job that I asked but refused to do the rest. I will never use them again. Bad company. They used to be good, we have used them in the past but they have gone downhill. The manager didn’t care that the technician was rude and made up about a smell. Bad customer service. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Great company! Being from out of state, I didn't know who to call to help with an electrical problem at an elderly relatives home that needed urgent attention. I'm glad I found them. They were prompt and professional. I really appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile for me.
I highly recommend them!

It's not an electric contractor company. It is a set of Apartments owned by Stanislaus County Management. It's always been an apartments. Never any electric company of any sort

I am so grateful for this company having caring staff. I got a flat tire right in front of their business, and a gentleman came out to help me. The gentleman was very nice and changed my flat tire. I’m a single mother with an autistic son, so it was comforting knowing that the gentleman went above and beyond to help us. If they go out of their way to help a stranger, I can only imagine how great they are with their customers. THANK YOU

Soundscapes iswonderful! We have used them numerous times on electrical items we needed in our home and they have always done a great job. We will use them over and over again for all our electrical needs!
