Layne and Issac installed a new inverter today. They were both professional, friendly, kind, and got my solar system working again in no time at all! The original non-operational inverter was installed by another solar company, not Cosmic Comfort. I’m so happy to have found Cosmic Comfort. I call them for all of my electrical systems needs. I completely trust this company to go a great job every single time - from installing and repairing lights, solar, AC and heating- they are the best.

The technicians were courteous and respectful , quite rare in young people . I didnt have the right password to our router for the internet so the ring doorbell was not connected to our internet . They informed me , once I got the password to call them and they would assist me to connect the ring doorbell to the internet.

The employees and supervisor were beyond expectations. From the onset of checking a unit, deeming it not repairable, to installing a new unit the next day, I couldn't be happier.

I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the recent estimate performed on my A/C unit. In almost 20 years of owning this system, not once including with certified Bryant professionals has anyone ever drilled into the return. Your technician’s decision to do so is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of knowledge or training.

We clearly showed him the exact location of the fan motor. Despite that, he was distracted texting on his phone throughout the visit and proceeded to drill into the unit without giving any explanation or asking for consent!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Adam Teaney is a personable young man and found the problem in a short time. The price was what I expected and decided to order and install sorely needed attic fan’s to be installed next week.

When my furnace quit working, I called Cosmic Comfort. Their technician, Hugo came out and diagnosed the problem. I needed to replace the circuit board. The part came in and Hugo replaced it. He arrived on time, was respectful and friendly. My thanks to Hugo and Cosmic Comfort!!

I hired Cosmic Comfort Electrical to install a designated 20 AMP breaker and outlet for an in wall oven and I couldn't be happier. From the beginning, it was a great experience. I did a Google search and they came up first plus two other local electrical companies. I called them all and the only one company who answered the phone was Liz from Cosmic. She right away scheduled an appointment for a free estimate at a convenient time. The day of the appointment, Juan came right on time and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He took pictures and some notes and left. Later on the same day, Kevin came to the site and provided me with an estimate and an explanation of all the charges. I felt really at easy and was surprised to see that there was really no sales pressure. He just handed me the estimate and left. So far I had gotten so much value from the company and had not even hired them. Because of their responsiveness, punctuality and friendliness, I decided to hire them. Today, Jose and Angel came to the site and I had a fantastic experience! Both were not only punctual but incredibly professional. As Jose was working on this project, he even pointed out a few safety issues he found and explained why they could be of concern. I was so happy to have found an electrician who offers so much value and is highly skilled. I will definitely be using them for future needs. Kudos to Cosmic for having such a great team!! Ah, I forgot to mention that even though they had given me a reasonable quote, at the end they also gave me a discount. Highly recommended!

Over two visits I had 3 techs working on my house. They all were outstanding! The 1st worked hard to find the issue and solved it with precision. He was kind and professional which put me at ease. The 2 techs that came back to install multiple outlets were also top notch. They were quick, polite, and did a great job. Overall I'm very happy with my experience with Cosmic Comfort. They also only charged me for exactly what was quoted. I'd recommend to anyone!

I called Cosmic Comfort and had an appointment the following day. I had a lightswitch at one end of my house that controlled three other lights/fan in other areas of the house. Adam was great, he did some troubleshooting, crawled up in the attic fixed the crazy wiring for a very minimal cost. I will definitely recommend and will be using them again.

I had the nicest and sweetest electricians install my charging station for my new Tesla.
They were right on time and did a wonderful job.
My husband has Alzheimer’s and can be a problems but Angel and his co- worker ( I’m sorry I just forgot your name) were so kind and understanding.
It is not often that you are privileged to meet such kind and caring people. Thank you for being such an asset to humanity.

Izayase was great, he came to our house for our bi-annual system check up with Cosmic Comfort and he really took his time explaining his findings to me and my wife separately, because she wasn’t home when he first got to our home. He explained different solutions to the problem that our ventilation system was having and was very knowledgeable, explaining things and using terms that make it easy for us to understand. We appreciate him taking his time and helping us out.
