The crew did a great job. They were very courteous and friendly. They showed me where the filters go which was in a better location than previous. Their prices for what you purchase are a very good deal. I highly recommend this company. Tim listened to what our pricing concerns were and matched us up with a great unit.

Gavin from Wally Falkes came out to service our heater today, he was very efficient, knowledgeable & overall a very nice person. He took care of our concerns & questions, thanks so much Gavin & Wally Falkes.

Our heater was not working, right when the winter weather really began getting colder. I contacted Wally Falke's who had installed our heating unit a few years prior and they were able to come out the next day. The tech got it working for a few hours but then it went out again. I contacted them again, and they were again able to come out the next day. The tech was extremely friendly and explained everything he was doing. They had to order a part which took a couple of days and another tech is here now installing (fingers crossed this will be the fix). I am extremely pleased with the service I received from both the office staff making the appointment and the initial technician who came out. There was no charge as this was covered by warranty.

My hvac guy Gavin was very professional and kind. He explained the work that needed to be done and took pictures to show me how dirty my unit was. The pricing was fair. Thank you Gavin for your excellent service. I will be utilizing this company again.

Rodney came out and checked our system. Explained all he was doing. Turns out we need a larger duct to one room that was only 4 inches. Showed us pictures. Very friendly and helpful.

I want to thank Wally Falke’s Heating and Air Conditioning and especially to their tech Moses Garcia for their quick response time and thorough inspection and repair.

We got an appointment the same day the heater stopped working in our mobile home and their tech Moses made sure to give us our options and share what exactly went wrong with our heater. Thankfully he had a new replacement part in his truck and the repair was done quickly. While he was there we also asked for an inspection to get an idea of the overall health of our HVAC system. He was very professional and gave us a report and left the work area in a clean state. We will have phone number of this company taped to the fridge ready for the next HVAC emergency.

Great company and their technicians are super nice and very knowledgeable. Had a new HVAC unit installed last December. Today I had a technician come out because I thought I had an issue. Turned out it was nothing wrong. The technician was polite and explained the possible reason for my concern. Would highly recommend this company for any HVAC issues or needs!

The guys were great- super nice, professional, and informative. They came exactly when they said they would and notified us before. They were very knowledgeable about old houses (100+) and quickly formed a plan to solve our janky HVAC retrofit problem, while maintaining the integrity of the original materials. Still waiting on the estimate a few days later, but I would definitely feel comfortable leaving the job in their hands.

I purchased a new AC unit from Wally Falkes Air Conditioning, which included two complimentary service visits. During the first visit, Anthony the technician noticed that the unit was wet. He went up on the roof and discovered that the roofing company that replaced my roof had used the wrong material for the air conditioning vent. Every time the heater was on, it caused condensation, which was getting my unit wet.
Wally Falkes Air Conditioning went above and beyond by taking care of the issue themselves and replacing the vent material with the correct one—something that wasn’t their fault to begin with. This level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things right really stood out. I truly appreciate their honesty and dedication to their customers. Love this company. Installed our air conditioner and heater in 2017. It came with a 10 year parts and service warranty. They stood by their warranty and came out to look at our heater when it stopped working. The technician that came out was super knowledgeable and very friendly. He took a look at all the equipment. We needed a new thermostat which was not included in the warranty, but we did not have to pay any service fees for them to come out. Best warranty in the business. Besides having to replace the thermostat after 9 years, our air conditioning and heater have given us zero issues. This company came highly recommended to us by our friends. Very pleased we decided to go with Wally Falke.
