Everyone at Mel’s was professional and great to work with. They gave us a very reasonable price on a totally new HVAC system for our home and they installed it and the new fancy thermostats all in one day.

They were prompt to schedule, and also in rescheduling the appointment. Robert was on time, and was able to fix the problem promptly, and was thorough in his explanation. I have a hybrid heat pump that was using the gas, so anxious to see my gas bill go back down. I would use them again.

I always call Mel’s when I'm having problems with my HVAC system. They are reliable and honest and tries to save me money when they can. They managed to repair my older system to get me through two more winters and summers. They also are very quick about coming out when I call.

When they came out to look at our system, they knew exactly what was going on and were quick to discuss options. Their service was excellent, their communication was timely, and they were incredibly professional. They also gave us the option to finance, which was a huge plus for us. Today’s technician, Gavin, arrived as scheduled, and identified himself. He was polite, friendly, and informative. Gavin offered solutions to help with the very fine dust that sneaks into this 65 yr old house. Once again, I am pleased with the service offered by the Wally Falke’s team.

Called Wally Falke’s this morning to schedule a service on our mini split. Armando came this afternoon. Same day service made us very happy! Armando was EXTREMELY thorough. When he found a problem area, he showed it to us and gave a very detailed explanation as to what he would do to fix it.
