What a fantastic company. I had an older unit on my roof that I had been getting prices on top replace.
Well, last week my system died at 1 o'clock in the afternoon during the worst heat wave of the summer.
I called Evolution and they jumped to help. The crews were on site at 7 o'clock the next morning and my new system was working by 3.
The staff was very friendly and super helpful, the crew was very professional and they did a fantastic job.

They did a great job cleaning out. A vent /ducked for my oven downdraft who had an unwanted and expired guest which was causing a horrible smell. Technician worked hard and was very persistent and got the job done. Really appreciate the help.

Evolution installed a 5 ton ac unit in May. Everything was very professional and surprisingly clean. Enrique, company owner, explained the procedure for swapping out my old unit and replacing it with a more efficient unit while meeting my budgetary concerns. In addition, they were quick to respond to a minor issue. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

The install wasn’t an easy job with the 45 year old unit having opposite supply and return compared to the new unit. I am very happy with the duct work that was done and the new unit that was installed. The new unit operates so quietly I have to be within 10 feet to hear it running. I look forward to having Evolution service the new unit and they will be my first call should I need anything HVAC related in the future!

I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the excellent service your company provided. After a thorough inspection from Enrique, we discovered that we had holes in our ducting.

His crew arrived at our house the next day and replaced all of our ducts in one day. This was not an easy task, as all of our ducting is located underneath our home.

Our repair person's name was Enrique. He was timely and very efficient explained everything did not mind me looking and was very clear about what he needed to do including costs. He quickly let the pilot changed my filter and offered products in a very respectful way. He was not pushy but very informative and polite. He was quick and very efficient we now have heat thank you very much!!! God bless your business!

Our AC unit quit working on a Saturday of Labor Day long weekend. It was gonna be a 3 digits temperature for the next 3 days. I sent out an SOS calls to at least 3 companies to work on my AC. Enrique from Evolution was the 1st one to reach out to me & scheduled an estimate visit. Enrique showed up on Labor Day to give me an estimate. I asked him why even show up on a holiday? His response was a simple "We have to adjust to your schedule". That impressed me. We made a deal & gave him my business. He sent his guys on Tuesday at 7am & they worked nonstop till 3 pm & cold air started flowing by 4pm. That was a relief. I would definitely hire this company again for any of our HVAC needs. Hats off to this company for a job well done. Thank you! Oh, the other companies I called returned my calls Tuesday afternoon.

UPDATE— Make that five times! This time for our annual AC check and a thermostat replacement. Mel’s and Michael are the best!

We have used Mel’s four times, once for the AC and three times for the heating. Their service is prompt and competent, and Michael our repair person is thorough and very helpful in providing advice about what the problem is and how to prevent it from happening again. We feel strongly that we have found a company that we can trust with our repair work and this is very important to us. We would not call anyone else.

A hot Friday evening in July our air conditioning stopped working. Since it was a weekend I tried calling some 24/7 air conditioner repair companies I knew but no one got back to me at all. Saturday morning I got worried i knew it was going to be one of the hottest days of the year so I googled 24/7 repair companies in our area and I saw Mel’s Heating and Air. It was 6am when I called expecting to have to leave a message but someone answered. He was very polite and I explained I had health issues and he said he would get someone out that morning. He sent me a text with a appointment time between 8-10am. I also received a text when the repair man was on his way. The repair man came and diagnosed the problem and within the hour he had it fixed. The communication and service from the beginning to the end was excellent. The repair man was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was wrong with our air conditioner and what he repaired. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Noel and his team have the absolute best interests of their customers at heart from start to finish of their work. I cannot recommend them high enough in terms of customer service, attention and rates.
