Technician Daniel Russell came to my apartment & repaired the heater that was not working. He was very polite, & knowledgeable, & professional. I would recommend this business if you have electrical problems, & to have Daniel repair what is necessary.

The technicians (Everardo and Jerry) who installed our brand new system came on time and were very professional and courteous. They did a pretty thorough job installing the system, including cleaning up after and making sure the system worked and everything looked clean and professionally installed. They were very patient answering my questions, and if they didn't have the answer they called HQ to get an answer for me. We'll be enjoying our new system this week especially with the coming heat wave.

Had my AC serviced prior to summer temps. Daniel was on time, didn’t mind my dogs and answered all of my questions. Did a great job checking my system, cleaned up after and was very professional. Strongly recommend this company if you need some AC help!

The technician was on time. He quickly identified the fairly simple issues (dirty coil which caused the capacitor the break). He cleaned the coil, replaced the part and made sure there was enough coolant, etc. A different company had said the whole unit needed replacement at exorbitant cost two day prior.

The service... is outstanding! The price is very good, but the product and install job.. IS WONDERFUL! I couldn't love this system anymore than I do !! The entire crew, Michale, Everado & Ashely all were very responsive and had a yes, we can do that attitude. I had no worries and feel very good using them and would recommend to anyone. Had pacific breeze put in a new HVAC, insulation, and bathroom fans. Installers were great very professional and willing to answer my questions. They even worked well through any issues that arise during the install. Would reccomend.

Noticed our AC Unit was not cooling properly. Called this AM and Tech. Robert called 10 minutes later and said he was on his way. Was at our home 20 min later! Got right to work troubleshooting. Within 15 minutes he had determined the inlet side of our Evaporator was clogged with DOG HAIR.. (YUK). I told him since we no longer have dogs, cleaning that jazz off should last a while!!! Unit runs great now. Had a shorted Transformer wire on this Unit two years ago and Tech. Dan had it repaired and up and running in less than an hour!! These guys are great!

From the service tech who came out to look at my old unit to the 2 who came out to install the new unit, all very professional and informative. It wasn't a quick come in, do the job and get out. It was more like come in, do the job, explain what was found, do you have any questions then leave. Nice to deal with a company that understands costumer service,.

I had Pacific Breeze do some updates to my parents home and wow, what a difference. Much better flow than ever before. They were so professional and transparent. Can’t ask for better service.

After getting several quotes. We decided to go with Pacific because of Micheal’s honesty and straightforward way of answering all of our questions. Taking the time to give us examples we would understand. Our questions were answered anytime we called and emailed. On the day of installation the installers were knowledgeable about the hvac and furnace getting put in and answered even more questions. We are happy to recommend them to anyone else with hvac needs.

Robert was great at making sure to take his time with our condenser. He detail cleaned it and made sure it was ready to go before the next heat wave hits. Robert was very professional and informative about what he was doing. I would recommend Pacific Breeze to anyone looking to extend the life of their system and have an honest company in their corner.

Had service done on 08/26; despite the A/C turning on at the set temperature, it kept on rising instead of cooling. It was a major inconvenience to everyone, even to our pets. But we are very grateful for this company because not only was the issue fixed, the price was very reasonable! The tech was very informative about the issue, & explained thoroughly the work that he did. Two & a half days later, the house feels so much better; more cooler and the temp remains the same throughout the day 🥲 Thank you very much, this company will be our go-to for any of our A/C concerns in the future! And on a side note, our pets are happier with the cooler temperature too! 😊

Daniel Sacco quickly inspect and retrieved the part we needed for our HVAC and within 3 hours my HVAC system was working again before the heatwaves.

From the fisrt time I made contact with Pacific Breeze I knew it was the right choice for me.
From the introduction of the installation crew led by Everado and co-worker Jerry. All went by smooth with no problems. Everado kindly suggested that I add an Air Scrubber to the unit. After asking for more details about the piece of equipment he had mentioned to me, Everado was really informed with what the equipment would do for our indoor air quality and how it would greatly help it out.
He handed me a broucher and and after a quick research I was sold on his recommendation.
I greatly appreciated him for bringing it up to my attention.
Wormanship was superb, top-notch, they covered the inside work area. They both were very courteous and well mannered. Jerry gave a thorough report on the status of our ducts up in the attict.

They were able to get to our job asap, completed work quickly, were very respective of our property. Explained what had to be done, showed us the part that was replaced took out the motor that was still working and gave it to us to be used in the future in the event of a motor failure down the road. I highly recommend Pacific Breez and Daniel.

Our old air conditioner was removed and replaced in one day! The men who did the job were friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. All in all, I was very impressed and would highly recommend Pacific Breeze to anyone needing a new AC.
