Although I heavily rely on reviews to guide me in deciding which l services and products that I purchase or use, I don’t often post my own unless it my experience was exceptionally good or, unfortunately, not so great… That being said, my experience with Pacific Breeze Air Systems was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first phone call for a consultation, to the install, the maintenance, and everything in between, Michael and his team at Pacific Breeze met my every expectation. I had my ancient, dying HVAC system inspected, removed, a new unit installed, and the old one hauled away. The work was done very well, and they cleaned up after themselves, left my place in better condition than they found it 😅
Communication was always prompt, clear, very concise and to the point; I was advised on my options but never pressured to make any particular decision. I was always given all my options without any upselling just for a bigger profit. Every team member that I met was professional and punctual! They always came prepared with everything that they could need for a service appointment. I never had to worry about remembering my maintenance appointments because they were always on top of it and contacted me before I ever had to reach out to them. I have nothing but good things to say about Pacific Breeze Air Systems.

So, TL;DR: Would I recommend Pacific Breeze Air Systems for any HVAC needs? 200% every single time! Michael runs a tight ship and provides an excellent and valuable service. You wouldn’t be able to find anyone better, more thorough, or honest anywhere else.

Daniel repaired my AC today and I was really pleased with the service! He arrived on time and let me know when he was on his way. He was very professional and courteous. He was thorough in explaining the problem and my options to resolve it. He finished quickly and the price was very affordable. From the girls in the office to the technicians in the field everyone at Pacific Breeze was really pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them!

We had Pacific Breeze come and replace our AC unit, as well as continue maintenance. They are prompt in timing, they always had clear communication with us, were always on top of maintenance appointments, and they were really pleasant to work with. They also don’t overcharge and are fair in their pricing. They’re very professional and I definitely recommend working with them.

The technician that came to our home was prompt, efficient, knew what he was doing and very thorough! Also friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what he had done and said my unit was clean and in good shape for the summer.

Michael Sacco the owner came right away to give the bid and we accepted the next day. The following week Everardo and Arturo did excellent work installing the unit as well as blowing in new insulation that gave us a R30 value. They also shared a variety of before and after pictures.

Amanda, the office manager seems to think that I had an attitude when I really didn't. And she has the power to not service my Central air and heat when they are the ones who installed it, and now it is not running the heat is not coming out, I had to shut the breaker off to turn it off, as it wouldn't even turn off by me turning it off and taking a battery out of it. The technician was here, she said he called. But there was never a message saying that Pacific breeze was in the front of my house. She called back and gave me a time frame. My appointment was between 2 PM and 4 PM. I have limited mobility. I went to the phone several times when it rang. And nobody said anything to leave a message and now she won't service, my Central air and heat because I'm upset that he didn't leave a message. I never swore or spoke inappropriately, and she said, because you seem to have an attitude. I'm not gonna be able to ever service you and I will let my boss know that we're not to service you well. I think that she takes her power a little bit too seriously. That is just not good. Customer service that starts with a reception as who says she's the office manager.

Our heat would not stay on this morning so we contacted Pacific Breeze. Everardo was our technician and was great. He explained the problem and did the repair quickly. Highly recommend this company.

It was a pleasure having evolution heating and cooling work at my home. The guys were clean and professional. My home is much more comfortable after my equipment got changed out with a enverter heat pump with my new duct work modifications.

Martin arrived immediately at promised time. His appearance, demeanor and customer orientation represented Evolution Heating & Cooling in an exemplary manner. When he finished, Martin summarized what he heard from me and actions he had taken. I was impressed with his professionalism.

“Dust Buster’s Duct Cleaning “ on time, professional and great! They sent me a picture of the technicians ahead of time, I love that safety feature! I had purchased a new dryer because I was having to dry a load 3 times, sane thing was happening with the new dryer. Turns out my laundry vent was plugged, which is a fire hazard btw. I would recommend Dust Buster’s again and again. Guessing my energy bill will probably go down a little now, don’t have to dry a load of towels 3 times anymore. The technicians were very nice and took pictures and video for me of the before and after, since it was on my roof. Everything is working as it should now. I give Dust Buster’s Duct Cleaning 5 stars!

My Cooling went out. Evolution promptly sent a technician to inspect. They quickly evaluated, fixed and got my equipment up and running again. The technicians were very thorough and professional. This company is very efficiently, helpful and professional. My AC was broken in the middle of the summer when the temperature is above 100F. They sent me a quote on the same day, and have my broken AC unit replaced next day. Their quote is $1700 lower than other companies, with the same brand and type of AC unit. The two guys (Francisco and Jesus) they sent over are very helpful and efficient. They genuinely wanted to help, and gave lots of tips about the maintenance of the AC unit. The front desk lady is also very patient and helpful. Overall, everything this company provide is first class: the quick response, the timely service, and the quality of the service. I highly recommend them!

April, 2024: this is a continuing review about their annual maintenance service. I am very satisfied with their service. The technician is professional and polite. He also changed the filters in my house which is an unexpected bonus.

As a landlord it is very important to keep our tenants living comfortable. Evolution Heating & Cooling communicated and coordinated well with me and the tenant to fix the heater. We have an older unit which can be a hassle but they were able to find the parts needed to get it running again. Saved their number for any future problems with my A/C and Heater.

As a Real Estate professional and a long time small business owner I speak from experience when I say this is the best company to use, I could not give them higher praise. Amazing pricing Amazing service, had them install a bosch rooftop system, all new ducting, and high speed vent covers.

Evolution was able to come out within the week to check and fix my air conditioner before the heat hits. Clarissa was such a great help setting up appointment and answering questions
