I wanted to give a shout out to Eric at Penguin HVAC. We recently had our HVAC unit replaced by Penguin HVAC and are extremely pleased with the service, knowledge/ experience and great communication from the initial quote through the completion of the new HVAC system.

We had a handful of HVAC companies provide us with various quotes and decided to go with Eric due to the thorough job he did in quoting the HVAC system, physically checking the existing condition of our air ducting and HVAC system, his ability to provide answers to all our questions and great follow-up based on our expectations.
Upon completion of the system, a complete a duct leakage test was completed to ensure efficiency and we passed with flying colors.

Worst service I ever had. The answer call like mad. , no patience, never call back, 👎👎👎👎👎🤮

They came out right away. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable

I can a bunch of times to get a copy of the receipt when they installed our unit and never got a copy. Unit is noisy. Then I called a bunch of times to have unit serviced and they never return calls or answer the phone.

The price was good, The 2 gentlemen who in stalled the units didn't wear face masksAnd didn't practice good sanitation efforts during the pandemic. Furthermore they never had our permission to remove the heating wall units and took those and we had to get them back.

They left a mess that we had to clean up after they left, They didn't put the crawl space covering back and they did a terrible floating and texting job on the sheet rock. They did such a terrible job that Kevin had to have a different guy come out and finished the wall.

As a property management company, it is important that my vendors have four qualities:

1. They must respond to my call in a timely manner
2. They must show up on time to their appointment
3. Their work must be performed in a professional manner
4. They must back up their work but have few, if any, call backs on the same issue.

I have used Kevin Jordan as my go to guy for years. In my business, I can't afford to have tenants go long with a non-functioning HVAC unit. Let's just say, both my owners and tenants are glad I call him!!

I had a scheduled appt for today 7/3 and they never showed up or called to let me know they weren’t going to be able to make it. Waited all day and when I called the office twice to check on status there was no answer, left messages but no call back received. Wished they would have at least called to let me know they weren’t going to be able to make it instead of having me and my kids wait all day in this extreme heat.
