I have nothing but positive things to say about pacific breeze air systems. I called early this morning expressing a concern in regards to my AC compressor and I was immediately put on the schedule for a technician to come out to my home for a (diagnostic). Nick (technician) came out and was super helpful and took care of the issue and was really nice at explaining to us how the system works. This company goes above and beyond to help their customers needs. This is a plus in my books. If anyone is interested in purchasing a new system don’t hesitate to call Pacific Breeze Air Systems!!!

I would like to say "Thank You" to Everardo and Heldar for their work today. Very Professional and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone!! Pacific Breeze Air Systems is a Great company! Everardo explained to me how to use my new thermostat on my wall and did a good job installing the heating unit. Heldar did a beautiful job setting up the air conditioning unit outside. Both men were friendly and explained what they were doing. They worked fast and cleaned up everything in & outside my home when they were done. I also want to say Thank you to Mike.

We met with Michael to go over what would be best for our home. After talking to him we decided to get a new system. Everaldo and Chris just finished up with our new Heating and Air system. Our old system was 20 years old and in need of replacement. We are so glad we went with Pacific Breeze. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of service and professionalism that they had. We would recommend Pacific Breeze Air Systems to anyone that needs either to have service on their existing system or to have it replaced.

Just recently we had the fan go out in our HVAC system. It started to send smoke into the house, so 911 was called. The FD came, checked out everything and we were ok. No real damage. We called PBAS and within 2 hours, we had a tech fix the fan and checked our entire system. The employees are always very friendly, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend PBAS to handle any cooling or heating issues.

On the hottest week this year, my AC stopped working. I called Pacific Breeze and they came out and found an issue with the unit. They made an immediate repair and returned later in the day with a new part. My AC has been keeping me cool ever since. Great job and Thank you!!

After my AC broke down in the middle of a 105 degree summer, I had the arduous task of finding an HVAC company that would replace my furnace, condensing unit, and duct work in a timely manner. A family member recommended Pacific Breeze. The quoting process was easy!
One week after Michael's initial site assessment, my new HVAC, Air Scrubber, and Furnace were up and running! The installation crew was timely, professional, friendly, and clean. The crew walked me through the entire process of installation and answered all my questions. My family's allergies have improved dramatically with my new air scrubber! I am very happy with my new HVAC installation and would recommend Pacific Breeze to anyone on the market for a new HVAC system!

We had an AC/Heater installed at the beginning of Covid in March/April. After getting A LOT of use out of it this summer and early winter, I can honestly say this was the best investment we’ve ever put into the house and the experience with the company was the icing on top. It’s been awhile so I don’t remember the guy’s names (I think Nick, Jerry, and somebody else), but they were all fantastic. Cleaned everything as they went along and even installed an attic light for us without us even asking! My only tiny little issue with the entire process was a small scuff left on our wall, but to be fair, these guys had to haul out a 40year old heater in a very narrow space so I can’t blame them for that. Great job! Great products! Highly recommend!

When Nick first came out to give me a quote for a new AC Unit, he explained everything in detail as to what we needed in order to have more energy efficiency with our new system.

When it came time to get my AC installed today August 31, 2020 Everardo and Jerry were on time and started working on installing my new AC system . Everardo and Jerry cleaned up everything and left no mess behind. This is a plus in my books. I have super white carpet and they had booties all the time and they also wore masks at all times. They installed my ECObee thermostat as well and helped me with installing the app on my phone and showed me how it works. Super cool gadget to have when you have a brand new AC system installed in your home.

My 23 year old heater and AC needed replacement, along with attic ducting. I wanted to replace flex ducting with hard pipe. Michael did a thorough inspection, listened to what I wanted, went over what was needed, and came up with a competitive bid. He was great to work with on all phases of the project.

Eduardo and Helder did the install. They are skilled installers and are very focused and conscientious. Professional and intelligent in the way they did the work. The metal ductwork was excellently done, as was the
heater and AC install. I'd recommend this company if you want great work at a decent price.

From first contact everyone was very nice. Workers were all very courteous, made sure work area very clean when work done. In all my years have never have workers in my house that were so worried about leaving area clean after work done. Heater works great and they made sure all well before leaving. Great experience with this company! Very professional and knowledgeable staff and fair prices. I received another estimate to fix my A/C unit which seemed high to me. So, I called Pacific Breeze. Their quote was 1/3 of the other estimate. They completed the job quickly and according to the original estimate.

Very impressed with Pacific Breeze from start to finish. Kept us posted when they would be arriving. Allowed on going job inspection and notified us when completed for final inspection. Explained the new setup and operation of thermostat. Fabian and other staff were always courteous. More than pleased with all.

We are incredibly grateful on the service. I have used other heat and air business and never received such attention to detail. Daniel Russell, came out and was very Professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business.

The technician was cordial and friendly. We went over issues and recommendations. I received a quote of replacement parts/labor cost but there was no details of the findings i. writing. We discovered that he did not switch the lights off in the ceiling. Truly miss Mark from Church Heating who retired and provided the service for the last 5 years.

AJ showed up on schedule and was great! He serviced my older unit and said it was still in good shape no need to be replaced. Thanks for your honesty!!!
