Vanessa was awesome. I was really worried about the water damage I had in my bedroom. After talking to Vanessa, she guided me through the process of what to do and scheduled an inspection. The day of the inspection Kenny came out with Dan and they were super helpful. They also kept in mind keeping the floor clean by wearing covers over their shoes. They tested for moisture in the framing and luckily with Vanessa’s guidance after drying it out for 2 days there was no moisture in the wood. They all had a really good attitude and gave the feeling that they really wanted to help me. Overall, it was a calming end to an extreamly stressful situation. I would recommend them to anyone they can serve in the area!

The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. Avoid this franchise at all cost. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!
Edit: I typically don't respond, however, I was shamed by owner. Owner can't take criticism, instead of doing better, owner calls the review "fake". Thus, literally proving my initial review. Rude.

Blown away by Vanessa and Kenny's helpfulness, honest and attention to details. After the plumber left they were here evaluating in an hour. Kenny answered any and all questions, cleaned up any mess. He was kind, professional and I just felt peace with his service. Thank you Vanessa for all your help and kindness!

I was referred to Restoration 1 by a neighbor who had used the company for their 100 year old home on the East coast that had been damaged in a flood. I called the company in the first 2 weeks after the Eaton Fire in Altadena. Our 95 year old home survived but had suffered extensive smoke and soot damage. It took 5 months to wind our way through the insurance process and Vanessa and Kenny with Restoration ! of Rancho Cucamonga provided support and the counsel of their experience throughout. They started the remediation process in early May. Kenny or Vanessa were on site every day and their cleaning crew was incredibly professional and efficient. The team completed the cleaning in approximately 2 1/2 weeks. The smoke smell has gone completely and the house is immaculate! Can't recommend them highly enough.
