Josh from New Rustic is the best. We used him on custom bathroom cabinetry and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the very beginning, he was professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the design and construction process - including sourcing special wood, cabinet pulls etc. We even had an some funky pipes and HVAC issue that he built our cabinets around. Beyond his technical skills, Josh was a joy to work with. He communicated clearly, asked for approvals along the way, and ensured everything was completed to perfection. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled contractor who truly cares about his work, I highly recommend Josh. I will definitely be reaching out for future projects!

Epic Design was great! The whole house went smoothly. We had to rely heavily on them as we were out of state during most of the build and Covid hit towards the end of construction. We are extremely pleased with the results! In addition, they have been very responsive about any inquiries/issues we bring to them even 4 years later.

We LOVE our Epic Design built patio. We had a tough problem. We wanted a shaded patio that provided an outdoor living space and provided shade for the southern facing glass wall of our house, but didn't block the view. It felt like an impossible set of constraints, but Epic came up with a clever design that met the constraints with style and simple elegance. From Day 1 the design has looked and felt like a natural extension of the house, not an addition. It has transformed the way we use our backyard. We had a couple of electrical and roofing hiccups over the first year, but Epic has been responsive in resolving the issues and getting everything right. They are a good company.

I needed to fix my kitchen sink, two pipes had come apart. The first person I came up to in the plumbing person looked at my photo and recommended a few options on what I could do he went beyond regular help by opening a package and marking how it's supposed to connect to my pipes. I'm a lot more confident that I can fix this issue.
