Wanted to leave a great review for the team at Restoration 1 of Rancho Cucamonga. We had a slab leak in our 30 year old ADU a couple of weeks ago. Upon discovery of the problem, I reached out to friends in the industry before selecting a restoration company. I have heard horror stories from people that have had SP and SM work on their properties, so I knew I wanted to stay away from them. I was fortunately referred to Restoration 1, and it was certainly the right call. Vanessa, Kenny, Dan, and the rest of the team that worked on our problem were first rate, and great communicators through the entire process. I own and operate a service business as well, and we strive every day to deliver the experience I received from Restoration 1 of Rancho Cucamonga. While I hope to never need their services again, I know who I will recommend to others without hesitation, and who I will call should we need their services in the future.

I can’t even begin to express my full gratitude for Vanessa and Kenny, but I’ll try!
The first thing I think of is trust. You can feel the genuine care for wanting to help, solve and explain clearly what is happening and what needs to happen.
We are renting our home and called them to ask about a sticky situation we had with an unknown leak in our rental house. Not only did they drop what they were doing to answer my call, but Vanessa explained everything that should happen and in what order. Then, Kenny came over to our home (the landlord hadn’t even called me back yet) to check out the situation for us and walked me through everything! He showed me where the floor and wall was wet, took pictures for me and offered to explain the situation to my landlord for me. Vanessa checked up on us multiple times to see how we were doing and how the leak was getting handled. Even though our hands are tied with what the next steps are since we don’t own our home Vanessa and Kenny have been nothing but the best at communicating, support, experience, and professionalism! We had a previous water leak in our master bathroom and initially hired another company to handle the repairs. Unfortunately, we later discovered that mold was still present.

That’s when we contacted Restoration 1 of Rancho Cucamonga, and we couldn't be more impressed with their service. Kenny and Vanessa were incredibly responsive—they came out the same day to assess the situation. It was clear there was still mold growing, and they immediately put a plan in place.

Dan arrived the very next day to begin the remediation process. He was a true professional—hardworking, thorough, and committed to making sure the mold was completely removed. He even stayed late each day to ensure the job was done right and that the mold wouldn’t return.

We had a pipe burst that made a terrible mess within and beneath our home. The Restoration 1 team from Rancho Cucamonga came out to our home in Pasadena over the course of several days to assist with our mini disaster.

General Manager, Kenny, is knowledgeable, pleasant and so easy to work and communicate with. Vanessa, his wife, was so supportive and knowledgeable on working with me to prepare our insurance claim. Dan, our day to day clean up person, was a gentleman and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever witnessed.

Highly recommend this company! I had a slab leak in both the kitchen and laundry room! Ken and his team were so prompt that once I met him I practically had to start moving out my things in the rooms cause they were able and ready to go! The demolition and drying out phase went very smooth! Containment tent they put up was so secure and the dehumidifiers and purifier ran well to mitigate any further mold growth. Professional, prompt, responsive, caring, and works with your insurance company directly! Hallelujah!

We had a water leak in the walls of our home that we did not know about until I stepped onto our laundry room floor and water came up from our laminate floor seams. We called Restoration 1 in Rancho as we were not sure where to start in the process. My husband spoke with Vanessa and she let us know where to begin and how to involve our homeowners insurance. Their friendliness, knowledge and fast service with helping us out the same day we had a leak was very reassuring. The plumber came to fix and stop the leak the same day and Kenny and Dan came out to see the damage and let us know they could take care of it quickly and would work with our insurance.
Kenny and Dan set dryers up and were here to answer any questions when our insurance adjuster came to inspect. We have never had to make a claim before and Kenny and Vanessa were so helpful in walking us through.
Kenny and Dan explained what they would be doing and got started quickly. They covered, contained and taped off the areas that needed to be taken out to keep the rest of the house clean. They ran many dryers, and air filtration along with sanitizing the air.
Dan was the one who did most all of the demo. He was such a hard worker, clean, attention to detail and one of the kindest young men we have ever had work in our home. The damage from the leak was more encompassing than we originally thought after our walls were opened up. Kenny and Dan let us know and worked closely with our insurance to keep them informed so that it would be covered. Everything took a week and a half and we are done with the phase of getting the ruined material out so we can begin the reconstruction. Our experience with Restoration 1 Rancho was excellent! I would highly recommend them to take care of most any type of damage. They know what they are doing and do it well being above reproach. So thankful for you all Vanessa, Kenny and Dan. It was a blessing having you here to take care of us. You made a stressful situation much, much easier to deal with. Their customer service is amazing!! I had a wonderful experience with this water restoration company. They came out to assess a ceiling stain I was concerned about and thoroughly inspected the area. They determined there was no active leak and confirmed that the drywall was completely dry, which gave me so much peace of mind. What really stood out was their honesty and professionalism. Our tenant was super stressed due to 2 of their offices flooding from a huge water heater leak! We needed water clean-up and equipment ASAP.
