Be aware, this company is charging more than twice what other companies are charging. Due your diligence and get an estimate before they start doing any work. It happenedI did not get an
estimate from them when they come in to dry out a water leak we had in our condo. I was shocked when I received a bill from them, they overstate and overcharge everything, shame on them.

My wife and I were stressed out because in all the years of having insurance, we had never filed a claim . The owners Tim and Abbey went out of their way to explain the whole process to us and were able to get us back to living our life . Thanks Tim and Abbey for everything. Keep up the great work!!!

Had work done job got finished. Helpful and nice at first. Then they lost track of payments made. Later we were bothered for money we already paid. Just didn't end well. I do not recommend this company.

I initially called them for some mold in my house. They came out were very thorough found where the water was leaking from repaired everything in a timely manner. They were very professional would highly recommend!

This company called us due to a claim that we submitted to AAA. This company came out next day and spent an hour with a 2man crew to look at our leak inside and put 1 large tarp with 7 sand bags on our roof. We never heard from them again until they sent us a bill for $700 that was not itemized. We have made them a reasonable offer to pay and they have thankfully accepted our offer. They are quick to show up but their prices seem very high. My husband still ended up on the roof with an additional sand bag to keep the tarp down.

Abbey was so nice and walked me through all the steps of what they were going to do. She was very helpful and the guys that came out to clean up the water were very nice and professional. I felt taken care of and didn’t have to worry about what was going on in my home. It was done quickly and project manager Salem answered all my questions, I had many. I would definitely recommend using this local company!

ServPro Upland helped me with my huge disaster at my home - the toilet valve leaked for two days and flooded the entire upstairs. When I saw my house, there was damage everywhere. Rest assured, Tim talked me through the emergency cleaning process and his guys were courteous, professional and most importantly KIND!

Out of the 3 mitigation companies I called, you were the only one to respond. The crew showed up quickly and was here to set the drying equipment. This prompt service absolutely exceeded my expectations. I think this should say something as I have worked for a major insurance carrier for 10 years. I have also worked with numerous mitigation companies, including those that are unsavory or uneducated. I wasn’t sure what to expect when ServPro arrived but was immediately impressed. The explained to me about the drying process and methods that would be used. The scope was exactly what I was expecting based on my experience with water damage claims. This put me at ease as I immediately knew that I had the right company in my home. Everyone has been punctual, friendly and responsive. Servpro of Upland came to the rescue when my home flooded after the recent storm! Oh gosh where do I start?!? I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to get through this due to my busy schedule but Servpro worked their way around my job hours and were able to bring my home back to normal. It honestly looks better now than it did before the flood. I highly recommend using this company for any water restoration services! Started off with the Monrovia franchise, which seemed very on top of things, but was transferred to the Upland franchise for Eaton fire remediation. They did not seem as professional, but they were responsive at least, even calling me specifically last week to say they were hiring weekend crews and was I open on the 1st (I wasn't) or the 8th (I was), both Saturdays in February. When Servpro didn’t show today and I called to ask why, the office manager (Abbey Khoury) said that they don’t work weekends. So then I asked why she had called last week to make the offer of service on a Saturday. She said she had no recollection of the conversation (and since it was a call, I have no proof of what was said). So back to square one for cleaning and remediation from the Eaton fire!

Servpro Upland has tarnished the Servpro brand for me, for sure!

Servpro of Upland was amazing! After we came home to a huge water leak in our kitchen and living room, they were there the very next day to start the remediation. Their workers were kind, understanding and took their time to explain to us, and our insurance adjuster, where the significant damage and mold was. The process was as quick and smooth. We are very thankful for the Servpro of Upland team.

ServPro of Upland was amazing start to finish! We had a broken water pipe which caused extensive water damage in our place and they responded immediately within a day of me contacting them. They had a team out there quickly and remedied the situation and took all the stress out of terrible event. Abbey was very responsive and transparent about everything and handled all the details with the insurance, so I didn’t have to get involved. Their team took great care while at our place and always swept and cleaned at the end of every work day. Gabriel and Josue were amazing and always communicated when they were going to be there. Servpro of Upland gets a 5 star rating from us after doing an outstanding job of cleaning our smoke damaged home and fire damaged landscaping due to the Eaton Fire. Abby was a total pleasure to communicate with--always available, patient, kind, and reassuring--and responded immediately to our concerns and requests. All work teams she sent to our home did an excellent job cleaning every nook and cranny, inside and out. All workers were on time, efficient, thorough, and pleasant. Upland Servpro performed above and beyond our expectations and earned our 5 star rating.

I can't comment about the value since the costs are forwarded to my insurance co, but I can give Servpro a 5 star rating for coming out to our house at 1am in the morning after we came home from a trip to find our house flooded. He vacuumed up the excess water and set up 17 blowers and 6 dehumidifiers to start the drying immediately to prevent mold from forming. A full crew was out later that morning to start pulling up carpeting and pads and removing all the drywall and cabinets that were affected by the flood.

Looking forward to working with them - UPDATE - We had an amazing experience working with this team on our ADU project. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly conscientious. Even our neighbors commented on how respectful and organized the crew was throughout construction-which says alot. Once permits were issued, everything moved quickly and smoothly. The team stayed on schedule and communicated clearly every step of the way. We are beyond happy with the final result. This ADU allows us to keep our lil people close while still giving them their own independent space.❤️ I highly recommend this team if your considering an ADU project.

They really listened to our needs and customized our ideas into a work of art! The work and craftsmanship is high-quality. They utilize an app in which you can receive weekly updates about your project and summary of payments. There was always someone we could reach out to if we had any questions. Once the city approved the plans, the build went extremely quick-within weeks it was complete. They are organized with great time management. Everyday there was a different part of the team working on the build. The staff is family-oriented and super easy to talk to! It was a really fun experience and my family is completely happy with the end results. I highly recommend Backyard Estates for your ADU needs.
