I was very pleased with the work that Vine Electric performed for my EV Charging Station at home. Nate was my estimator and installer. He was on-time and very responsive. Vine Electric is very reasonably prices and quite professional. I would not hesitate to use them for your commercial or residential needs. They provide free estimates and the work was performed quickly and at my convenience. Plus, Nate cleaned up his mess which some contractors don't do. Thank you Vine Electric!

We had Lindoro as our Electrician today and we are very satisfied with the service we recieved. We have used Vine Electric several times now for different jobs and each time we are pleased with the quality of work they provide.

Alejandro did a fantastic job. He took great care with the vintage lights and with the ceiling where he replaced the boxes. I appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend Vine Electric.

So I made an appointment to have an estimate for an attic vent fan install at my house, two days ago.
I’ve had a few electricians come and give me quotes.
About half an hour ago I got a quote from a guy I used to do business with, so I decided to except his bid.
Not wanting to waist the vine estimators time, I called to tell them to cancel the appointment.
The lady on the phone said I would be charged for a last minute cancellation. I tried to explain to her that I was trying to do them a favor by not wishing their time.
But she wouldn’t hear of it and told me I will be charged a cancellation fee. So I told her to go ahead and send him. But informed her that they won’t be getting my business, so it’s your time to waste. We got in a little argument back and forth and I told her ( ok I yelled) to send him, I’m here waiting.
I couldn’t believe they wanted to waste their time crawling up in my addict to give me a dead quote!
A few minutes after I started writing this review , they called me and said they would cancel the appointment and wave the last minute cancellation fee. Like they were doing me the favor!
Arguing over a fifty buck cancellation fee when I was trying to do them a favor, just lost them any future work at my house!

Chase was so nice and thoroughly answered all questions we had regarding our problem. He was on time and very patient. Explaining the situation along with the different options we had. Very very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!

I really appreciated Nathan who came this morning to install a protective outlet cover on the side of my house. He is very professional and helpful! And he helped me to decide on the best option for how to place the cord of the Moen device along the side of my house. I also appreciated how he was able to give me information about the Moen shut off device that I had installed yesterday.

Lindoro arrived on time and was able to troubleshoot and provide a solution to our issues and got lights back on. I have also asked for a quote for other repairs. Looking forward to future work/ repairs.

Nathan showed up early for our appointment. He listened to my concerns about my kitchen lighting that I wanted replaced. He was there to give me a estimate. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. He said he could replace both lights right now which i thought was great.He saved me the time and planning for another service. He was very thorough and I think he did a great job.

Excellent service. Even though the business is far from my home, Nate and Lindoro we're right on time. Nate was great at helping me figure out what was wrong and the best solution to the problem. Communication was excellent. Could not have asked for better service. I will definitely use this company in the future in the event that I have another electrical problem.

Vine Electric was wonderful to work from the initial meet and quote, to the final installation. The employee's were polite, and professional. I am using them again to do additional work in my home.

Honest, polite, skilled, knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. I'd been through 2 electricians beforehand and start to finish, Vine Electric is by far the best electrical company I've ever worked with in the Bay Area

Today, Chase arrived to take care of a small issue. He was on time and he was very efficient. He is friendly and polite. It is a pleasure to meet the various people in your company. It is very apparent that they enjoy their jobs. Chase stated that he really enjoys his job. That is the nicest compliment that an employee can say about the company he works for.

2nd time I used Vine Electric and this time it was for a small job to add a new plug. It was a very good experience again. They were solid, provided a quick estimate, with thorough review of what I wanted and range of options presented to do the work. The actual actual work was scheduled super fast and guys that came in to do the job were clean, courteous and thorough and delivered as expected

Nate was personable and knowledgeable, helping me choose the right products. Lundoro and Cristian did quality work, though they forgot to turn my microwave and stovetop back on, and it will take a week to fix—disappointing. Overall, Vine Electric’s customer service (especially Amber M.) has been excellent, with great communication and helpful updates.

All this being said - I recommend Vine Electric 8/10.

The project involved mounting my cellular antenna on the exterior wall, 2nd floor. The two technicians were polite and helpful. I explained what I needed and let them do what they need to do for the install. They completed the job within the time frame. They used wire ties to route cables and make it look clean. Great job done. I will hire them again.

The entire experience with Vine Electric for the install of some exterior outlets and an EV charger was great. On the scheduling side, Maria was prompt and very communicative. Nate was well-versed in his analysis of what we needed at the house, and even identified some incorrect wiring the previous owners had done, which was both educational and a relief to fix. Lindoro and Christian were quick and very pleasant for the install work (despite having to dive under the house and dodge various mud/puddles from the rains recently). Only item I think was not perfectly polished was the caulking of the boxes to the house; functional, but not quite as clean as it could be.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the work and process, and I’d easily recommend to anyone for electrical work.
