Electrical reviews in Vacaville, California

Same day service for a concern about a potentially hazardous situation. Mike arrived on time (actually a little ahead of schedule, which he texted us about). He was friendly and funny - he walked us through his assessment and why there was no immediate danger. He provided us with an estimate for further work, which felt high, but he encouraged us to seek a second opinion. Overall, very satisfied.

TONY MOBERG, CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER CAME OVER TO MY HOME AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME WHO IS DISABLED ELDERLY!!!
He did not work an honest few minutes of work and changed an electric wall cover,(plug cover) for less than FIVE MINUTES, using a manual screw driver and charged me $284.00!!!
Called their company and Tony was in charge and there was NO ONE ABOVE HIM.
He is the company!!!
He sounded like there was a lot to do and it was nothing but the plug plastic cover only!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, very dishonest!!!
I give them ZERO!!! -
The representative was extremely nice. But the quote was INSANE! It was 400% higher than the quote from the second highest company. Quote was $9k compared to $2k. I told the representative that which I know there isn’t much he could do, but that is just insane. It is always worth it getting multiple quotes and this company just proved it.

All I had done was to replace a double light switch (a part which I provided) and the breaker that fed the circuit it was on. They came the next day, which was much needed as the lights in half of my house were not working, so that part was good, and the young man who did the service was excellent. But the price seemed way too high!!! $650 to do this rather simple job. Oh my, this can't become the new normal...no one will be able to afford repairs any more!!

I Came from Los Angeles to Orinda to babysit my grandkids while my son and daughter-in-law went on vacation. My first day alone here the power went out. Jorge from Aleco electric Came fairly quickly and was able to fix the problem. He was friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this company

Aleco technician George helped me understand the issues with my current spa circuits and clearly explained the steps needed to fix them at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied with his service. Thank you to George and the Aleco team for their help.

I recently had a complete rewire on my small home of 780sq. feet, I was told it would only take 1 week, it actually took almost 4 months. The project manager contact person "Tony" was extremely Rude, Unorganized and Unprofessional ! His scheduling of my project caused me daily inconveniences and unhealthy "exposure of uncovered asbestos" from removed 1930's plaster. (which I learned later.) Tony admitted his workers were not really experienced for my project. "WTH" ?!!! Living with exposed walls of asbestos that were Not covered up for weeks and many other issues... For 4 months I was not "kept in the loop", never knowing when they were going to show up to continue the work. There are way too many negatives to write about, this is my only experience with Aleco electric. This project costed me close to $19,000.00.
It was left partially done for weeks at a time on and off without notifying me of what was going on throughout the job. "I was Disrespected and Insulted as a customer and would Never recommend Aleco Electric", they are unapologetic and unorganized. I am a retired single woman, there was no effort on their part to communicate with me directly. Extremely Frustrating! I am paying a high price but getting subpar work done with the 2 "inexperienced" workers showing up hours late and leaving most days after only 3 hrs. of work!
This whole job should have been done in 4-7 days, as I was told when signing on. These people will say whatever it takes to sign you on. I was even told if I wrote a "good review" they would give me a discount, I declined. (This is likely how they get their 5 star reviews") I myself, know nothing about electrical work and feel taken Advantage of. "DO NOT HIRE ALECO" you can not trust them to look out for you! Additionally, Aleco's pricing is much higher than other companies. This has been a truly regretfull experience. ( I Signed contract in February 2025 and just Finally completed it mid June 2025) Extremely Disappointed, Yolanda B. -
I had a very disappointing experience. I called this company to replace several burned-out fluorescent bulbs in my kitchen. The electrician took a quick look in the ceiling and immediately told me the lights needed to be completely replaced because these fixtures are “no longer used” and removing them supposedly causes cancer.
Without inspecting the wiring, checking the fixtures, or discussing simpler options like replacing the bulbs or ballast, he provided a quote of $1,716 to replace four recessed lights.
The estimate itself was also extremely vague — only a couple of sentences with no breakdown of labor, materials, or explanation of the work being performed.
I later learned that fluorescent fixtures can typically be repaired or retrofitted, so it was concerning that no troubleshooting or alternatives were offered before recommending a full replacement at such a high cost.
I would have appreciated a more thorough evaluation and a transparent estimate before being quoted such an expensive solution. -
We had a great experience with Vine Electric. Communication was great, they arrived on time, supported us during our trials with pg&e and completed the work expertly and timely. They stayed on budget and even gave a credit for items they found did not need to be done. Vine electric will definitely be our go to electrician in the future.

Vine electric was great. From the first call they were very friendly and helpful. They were able to get an electrician to our house the same day. Anthony showed up, friendly and helpful. Fixed out issues with an hour!!! He saved the day!!
-
Alejandro was excellent from start to finish. He exhibited professionalism while being clearly knowledgeable when diagnosing our electrical issue. I would absolutely recommend Vine Electric services and plan to call them again if/when a future need arises!

Needed a Level 2 charger for my Pacific PHEV so I bought the box and they wired my garage and installed it. Joel Javier was incredibly friendly, efficient and install was perfect. Also shout out to the scheduler, I think Samantha. Would not hesitate having these guys do recess lights or any electrical work at my house.

Chase cleaned up a maze of switches and outlets, mounted them properly, and explained what was going on to me. Great help!

I've used Vine Electric several times. Couldn't be happier. They respond quickly and do a great job. Getting a bit for more work as well.

Excellent work, great value. Will definitely recommend.

My project is somewhat unique, yet the entire team at Vine, from owner, management, to the technician understood my vision and executed flawlessly.

How nice it is to work with a good local company! We needed to have a new circuit breaker and wiring installed for our cooktop. I contacted Vine Electric, and they promptly replied and gave me an estimate within a few days. The two electricians who came out to do the work were professional, clean, and efficient. One week from my first call to having the job completed! They were very good at sending texts with arrival times, emails with the estimate and the final bill, etc. Wonderful operation and we will definitely be calling Vine the next time we need an electrician.
