Excellent installation. Work crew was very polite and helped me understand the system.

Daijon did excellent work. I had preventative maintenance done and a scent diffuser refilled. He was kind and courteous, I hope to see him back in the future.

109 degrees and our 4 yr old air conditioner went out. RNA&S were very helpful in getting us a temporary room unit while they found a new motor. Cynthia (?) was very compassionate in our situation and Jennifer kept us informed. But it was Brian who was our hero. In 105 degrees, he was on our roof installing the new motor. He calibrated it with a temperamental thermostat and VOILA! Our home was livable again.

Today, in 106 degrees, Brian was back to clean the air unit & install a surge protector. In a couple of weeks we’ll have Brian back to clean the vents in our house. A house built in 1958 probably has a lot of stuff up there.

What started out very stressful for us RNA&S were understanding, very knowledgeable and even in the heat Brian was pleasant & smiling.

We are very grateful we choose them to keep the air we breathe clean & COOL!

Raul did a fantastic job not only fixing the issue, but explaining to us that it was PG&E’s fault why it happened in the first place and advising us that we could/should go after them and ask them for reimbursement since it was a power surge that took our solar inverter out in the first place, causing us a fix costing us $1,800 to repair!! 😩

Daijon Moore performed our winter maintenance and subsequent recommended cleaning of the blower motor of the air handler and the mini split. He was very thorough, patient, explaining all that was done via before and after pictures. Being a senior citizen, I appreciated his thoroughness, patience, and professionalism. Thank you Daijon!

Everyone from the initial tech who diagnosed my old system as needing replacing after trying everything to get the old on started, to the design tech who recommended me a system, the the back office staff, to the installers who were able to knock out the job in a day - I always felt like that they had my back. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and always available to talk options through.

There were some small discoveries and additional work where I knew they lost some money but in all occurrences, they just took care of it which I very much appreciated.

Originally had problems when the service person came didn't fix the problem. I put a call in for them to come out & correct it. They came out quickly and fixed it. All around the Customer service was great. I even sign up with their maintenance plan. Thank you Alan Tibbett for correcting the problem.

Allan as usual, comes in with no delays at getting the job done. He's always eager to go above our expectations to educate us on a service he is working on to get optimal results.

Ricky and Justin arrived as scheduled and was in and out in about 20 mins. They adjusted the air flow on my newly installed furnace. Everything is good!

Tony Latona, a design tech, visited our house to review our equipment and discuss our project needs. He thoroughly explained the project and recommended switching to an all-electric HVAC system for our home. Tony worked hard to earn our business. We decided to include upgrading our insulation (in our 1969 home) as part of the project, and Tony provided a competitive rate for that addition.

When we received all the final bids, I was upfront with Tony, telling him that someone had underbid his quote. He asked for a chance to match the price and succeeded in doing so. Then, to our surprise, Tony’s team was ready to install the HVAC system and insulation within a few days, but that conflicted with our work schedule. Tony was understanding and offered to adjust the install time to fit our availability.

On installation day, they gave me a two-hour arrival window from 8-10 AM. By 8:30, Taylor and Eddie arrived, removed our old units within minutes, and started installing the new ones and the attic fan. Both were friendly, professional, and attentive to my questions and concerns. They explained how the new units compared to our 1997 system and even let me use their ladder to access the attic while I was installing a ceiling fan in our bedroom.

The entire installation took about 4.5 hours, and both Taylor and Eddie cleaned up and vacuumed afterward. They walked me through how to operate the new equipment and answered all my questions.

The next day, the insulation subcontractors spent about 2 hours removing and replacing the insulation in our attic.

Throughout the process, Tony remained responsive to my questions and concerns via text and phone calls. He also helped us secure financing at the agreed-upon interest rate with a trusted institution. Despite the size and scope of the project, Tony made us feel heard, understood, and comfortable, earning our trust.
