Austin’s recently replaced both units in my house (19 years old – original units) A/C unit and furnace. Carlos did a great job at providing me with a comprehensive estimate. He provided me with the information specific to my house and helped answer my questions regarding the units and recommendations, work required, timelines, cost & financing, etc. He was helpful and did not try any gimmicky sales tactics. Carlos was straightforward and honest, which I very much appreciate.

For my application, the option I selected was the 3 ton Trane (XR 16) Heat pump & Trane furnace. Once the selection was made, we decided to move forward. Carlos quickly set a day for the replacement & installation. I was very impressed by both the technicians (Luis and Jonathan). Both of these gentlemen were very professional, very hard-working, and took the time to explain and answer any questions I had about the project. I mean, you can’t ask for anything more! You can tell that they are dedicated to their craft, and it shows with the skill and work they perform. Omar (one of the owners/partners) even stopped by to check in and lend a helping hand to Luis and Jonathan. They took care of all the work in one day (started in the morning and finished by the early evening). I couldn’t believe it – there was a lot to do, but these Pro’s got everything taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. They also did a great job of cleaning up the entire worksite/house. A+: Luis, Jonathan, and Omar!

Needless to say, I’m pleased and impressed by the level of service, work, and honesty. I also I’m confident that Austin’s provided me with the best value and cost savings for the work/service that I required. I’m happy with the high-quality Trane units they installed. Austin’s does excellent work that is done at a fair price (I didn’t feel I was getting taken or priced gouged). I will continue to use Austin’s for routine maintenance and servicing and any future HVAC projects. Diego from Austin's was reliable, professional, and knowledgeable on everything. Our AC was out. We got a same day appointment! Diego throughly checked everything, diagnosed that we had a blow fuse, replaced it, and had us up and going within an hour. Great service, highly recommend!!

David and his guys are the best! They have serviced air conditioners on 2 different homes I have owned. They were fast to schedule me and complete the repairs. These are the only guys I call for my AC & heater. You can trust Austin's to get it done, right!

Carlos came out for a second opinion he was honest, reassuring, and professional. He had the unit working Immediately, And assured me, he’d come back out if there was any more problems, Which I have had none. The previous day I had a company come out and say that the unit was unrepairable and I needed a new one for nearly $20,000. I will only be dealing with Austin’s moving forward.

My AC stopped cooling right in the middle of summer, but thankfully Austin's was quick to respond to my need. They were extremely flexible in scheduling an immediate repair. They showed up on time, figured out the problem in minutes, and had everything up and running again without any hassle. Super friendly, honest about the costs, and fast! The service from Austin’s was beyond my expectation, they were fast to come out and explain everything to my understanding.

Thank goodness for these guys. Our solar company went out of business and our inverter went bad. Had a new one ordered from SolarEdge directly and Right Now Air & Solar installed it. They also did a full check of our system and fixed a couple minor issues. Would definitely recommend this company. Fast, efficient, professional, and courteous employees. Glad we found them!! Now I am not worried if any other issues pop up because I know who I'm calling!!

Right Now Air & Solar was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They replaced our HVAC, installed new ducts and insulation, and installed our solar system with battery backup. They maintained excellent communication throughout the entire project and answered my many questions along the way. Adam, Hillary, Daniel, Ken, Ricky, Rocky and the whole crew were awesome to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

Right Now Air got our new Bosch heat pump AC installed at a great price. We got to haggle over the price. I love the new system as it should reduce my electrical heating costs by 60%. A special shout out to Right Now's team players --- Hillary the coordinator and the install team of pros --- Jesse, Lolla and Jose.

Arrived on time and quickly determined problem with heat not working. Thermostat had received Wi-Fi update changing parameters which technician reprogrammed to get heat working again

The technician was very nice and professional. He explained everything he did and his findings. He explained how everything was working and also offered an extended plan.
